Dr. Massey is a great Dr. He takes his time with patients and listens to their concerns. Glad we found them. The staff is amazing also. We have been there 3 times and each time they have been really friendly. Would send anyone to them if they have eye problems or just a yearly exam. All of them get 5 stars.

Fast, professional assistants. Very cordial and easy to talk to. Anna was super doing her job getting me ready to see the doctor. Dr. Bertucci was very nice and professional as well.

My pre-ops, cataract surgeries and follow-up appointments have been a pleasant experience. Professional, courteous and handled with information I need to know to protect my new lens implants. So happy to be cataract-free. I highly recommend this eye care provider.

My Appointment was on time. The eye Exam was precise. The Intake staff was totally professional.the Doctor.she was a Jewel. Dr. Phillip Bertucci has used a keen eye (pun intended) and expertise in taking me from one cataract surgery to another, and making my once poor vision the best it can be. As soon as optometrist Dr. Jay Fuller realized my eyes were ready for surgery, he sent me to Dr. Phillip. Arrived at 10:20 for a 10:35 appt. Wasn’t called to the back until after 11:00. Ended up sitting in two rooms waiting on a doctor and finally left after 12:30. I cannot tell you the amount of upset I was. Never again !

Being new to the area, I chose Tri-County for my long over due eye exam due to Covid.From the 1st phone call to the end of my appointment, it was a pleasure.My insurance didnt cover the whole bill and there was a balance I was unable to pay at that time.The office girls gave me the time to pay the remainder with true understanding.I have no idea why Tri-County has such a low star rating...in my opinion 5-stars isnt enough!Thank you all very much!😀❤.

I would give no stars if I could. I had to wait for ONE HOUR to even be seen, and I just now got out ANOTHER hour later. Not only this, but I called and asked if they accepted my insurance and they told me they did over the phone.... but apparently they didn’t accept THE VISION INSURANCE my insurance provided, just the health insurance. I forgot. Are they a regular doctor or a VISION DR????? And why did no one seem to deem it important to inform me of this over the phone? Little be known, I won’t be coming back here ever again and I would advise no one else to either.

Giving them a second chance. A year ago, I went for my routine yearly exam and glasses. Waiting room was standing room only. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Dr. came in, seemed in a big hurry, no time for greetings. Got a quick exam. Went to get my glasses and was told it would be 2 weeks as I was getting them from the Davis collection. I was not greeted but rather pretty much ignored. No common courtesy. Within a 1 week of wearing them, one of the lenses fell out and the frame felt loose. (Bad quality after my insurance was billed for $700+dollars). Like I said, I believe in second chances but burn me once, shame on you; burn me twice, shame on me. I shall report on this upcoming visit.

If I could give a negative 10 star rating I would ...giving one star sickens me. Use you insurance and money elsewhere. They over book and nevertheless they rush the clients in and out the quality of service is very poor. Waited over 2hrs to get a rushed visit by the doctor... Honesty I shouldve gotten my co-pay 20$ back it wasnt worth waiting that long. Counter Staff is less than knowledgeable. Public advisement to go wee doctors and nurses that actually care about there clients.

I was called in short order and taken back to the exam room. Friendly staff. Within minutes had the Dr. doing his job. I asked insurance questions and the answers were 100% on point. I can only give 5 stars more if I could.

I cant believe their ratings are so low. Everyone from receptionist to the Dr. was extremely nice and helpful. They accomodated my 3 children without a problem. Will definitely return.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. My children had routine eye exams performed back in January. Upon completion of appointment I never received any type of documentation or a summary of the visit. I contacted the clinic and asked for a copy of his eye exam for his school records the exam was sent to me after i signed release (Only stating that i was his mother). Flash forward to today I receive a call from the receptionist saying they are charging a $20 fee for the summary of the visit. I dont know what type of hardship this clinic is experiencing to charge patients $20 for a summary of their exam. I will not be returning to this clinic and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The wait time was ridiculous as well and the doctor seemed agitated that I had no real complaints other than my children needing a routine eye exam. Bad business!

I was really excited to go here because I had read some good reviews for the clinic. However, my experience differed drastically.I have worked in a clinical setting before, so I understand some of the troubles that could be going on. However, even if they happened to be busy/behind/whatever, this was unacceptable. I was there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Only about 20min of that time did I actually spend talking to anyone or completing paperwork. The rest I was left alone in a room with no direction and no apologies for waiting in the doctors chair for over 30 min at a time.When I did talk to someone, they always seemed rushed. The doctor didnt take long enough to pause and talk to me to understand that I was trying to tell him that I was a new contacts user. When I had my contacts fitted, the tech rushed me through the process, which I did rather quickly ( in comparison to other patients Ive seen). She also forced me to put in the contacts while looking directly into a mirror, so that I was putting the contact directly onto my iris. This is not necessary, or comfortable for a new wearer. Without asking questions, they would have never told me what kind of contacts I was wearing, or what prescription they were. They never told me how many hours a day I should be wearing them, how to clean them how to take care of them, what situations I should not be wearing them in, among other vital information for eye health. Seriously, if I had not already worked in this type of setting before I would be at a total loss.I do not recommend this clinic at all. Severely lacking respect and information for the patient.

I will not be rescheduling. I will take my money elsewhere. My husband said they were rude the first time he went lasy year but after i spoke with them we will not go there again

The first time I went, I wasnt taken back until about 40 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. No reason given. Doctor acted like I owed him something for his presence. Today I called to make an appointment for a checkup and new glasses, receptionist was clearly bothered by my existence. Will not go back and will tell others to do the same.And that response they are giving everyone about HIPAA preventing them from responding is nonsense. Unreasonable wait times, rude staff, and rude doctors have nothing to do with privacy laws. Its simply a lazy cop out.

Consumer service could use improvement. The nurses were not as friendly compared to other places. This place doesn’t have a homely vibe but besides that, this place is good.

If I could give no stars I would. First tells me my appt is at 315 to be here at 3 so I showed up 15 mins early and still was waiting in a room for OVER and hour so I left. They called and asked if I left said the doctor should of been coming in. So I came back and yet Im still waiting to see a doctor! I suggest you do NOT come this doctors office!

I got LEFT in the back in a room and all the staff went to LUNCH. I was promised my copay back for the indescribable aggravation, and have yet to receive it. I will NEVER ever go back there. Years before that I had visited their clinic (glasses in hand) and was told there was nothing wrong with my sight. I tried to give them this second chance and they blew it again over ten years later. One star for having live people to answer the phone so they can screw you over. Not to mention the site MADE me hit the star so I could post this.

Worst place ever!! My husband went in for a basic eye exam with eye insurance and ended up paying $168.00 for what reason I dont know. They claimed it was for a an eye exam that fell under his medical insurance. What!!! I think they just said that so they could pocket the money. Besides he had to wait forever to be seen. He will never go back there again. BEWARE!!

(Actual) Objective and provable, documented issues Ive run into:Pay copay before anything happens.They will not allow new customers to make a morning appointment.Showed up 15 minutes early, waited 45 minutes total. It was like 8 in the morning. I heard a rumor the doctor wasnt there yet(???) If that were true, why are WE here???On two separate occasions, I have selected an item that I was told was so-covered by my insurance, left, returned for glasses or received my contacts, lived life, and a few weeks later I got a bill that said I was NOT as covered as they said and they billed me for more. One time cost around $140 more.Straight-up opinion:Difficult to get a hold of.Fairly indifferent staff (as a rule)Small selection of eyewear.

I was given a username and temp. Password my son has serious medical issues the staff was nice yesterday but I have been trying to register to access records for medical purposes Ive called twice been transferred once will not help me and I think thats very rude dont offer services if you are not willing to help them set it up not happy at all with them this is very important to me not to them

This place is trash. I went in for an eye exam which is supposed to cost me 10 bucks. They charged me $106.00. When i asked the why they said because it was a medical exam not a check up. They billed my insurance wrong but wont fess up to it.... Ill never use them again.

The Doctors have always been and the staff most helpful.

I waited for 3 hours with an inpatient 4 year old, then was rushed by the doctor. The people at the desk were also very rude and unknowlegable. Unfortunately, Tri-County is one of the few places that takes my insurance. Luckily, I only have to go once a year.

They didnt tell me I had to get my glasses 3 to 5 days later until they got my money then when I said I would go to eyemart they said they would have them a hour later🤔🤔🤔

Should be NO STARS -- have had me in limbo with THE WORST eye exam/lack of concern -- Trying to work between insurance and them has been a nightmare -- had to wait over 2 hours -- Finally got with a good dr. But still having to deal with messed up insurance.
