I highly recommend the Eye Care Clinic. Dr Smith and her staff were very helpful. My mother has suffered with an eye infection for over a year. Multiple doctors on the coast saw her and no one help. Two visits to Dr Smith and her eyes are clear and she is pain free. Thank you just isn’t enough.

If I could give zero stars I would without a doubt. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional, joke of an eye clinic. The staff were unhelpful and did not know anything about what they were doing. On top of that, the doctor seemed to want to be anywhere but in the exam room. The staff scheduled two people in one time slot, meaning everyone waited even longer for them to get their stuff together. Dr. Fields was more interested in talking to them about his fishing trip. To top it off, they made me come back on 5 different occasions and wait the minimum of two hours each time. All for me not to get anything but the wrong prescription that messed up my eyes. They also completely overcharged me and my insurance. On top of what my insurance pays (which is usually 100%) I had to pay almost $200 and that did not even include my contacts that I had to go out and pay extra for. They seem to charge anything to make a little extra money. Unpleased does not even begin to explain how I feel about Dr. Fields and his complete staff. Save your time, your money, and your sanity and go ANYWHERE else but here.

Do not go here! She gave me 4x stronger Prescription than Im suppose to have. Told me there was a hole in the back of my eye Do not recommend this place at all. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Dr. Mandi Smith is amazing! She went above and beyond the call of duty for our three year old daughter. Wonderful, professional experience. Highly recommend!!!

Brought my kids in for an appointment to this place recently. (Darlene) receptionist was being rude & disrespectful. I requested for someone else to assist me cause she was being rude in front of my kids & she goes to the back to tell another staff member the situation and the other staff member come out (Jessica) disrespectful and laughing at what I was saying about Darlene being rude & the entire situation. I mentioned my knee was just injured an hour ago & I could not stand on it for a long period of time waitin on Darlene to assist me after she stated she wasn’t going to wait on me to get up out the chair, prior I waited 5mins standing at the window with no greeting or requesting paper work she just ignored me after and before I signed my kids in on the chart. After I stated to (Jessica) about my knee injury she stated her knee was injured to back in the marines years ago” Lmao I was baffled at how someone can be so insensitive to someone else’s pain & continue to be rude & disrespectful in front of my children. If the appointment was for me I would’ve left limping on out the door on my one good leg” I wouldn’t recommend going here it’s not injured or family friendly 🗣PERIOD!

Very helpful and expensive. I appreciated the time Dr. Mandi Smith spent with me and I did not have to wait a hour to see her. I will go again
