I was in royal furniture this morning, and let me tell you about Juan most respectful man I have ever met so kind but didn’t have any money on me, looking to come back after I get paid next week for some couches

I went into royal furniture and had great service from Juan who made sure to show me exactly what I wanted will be going back highly recommended

I searched for 2 months deciding on living room furniture, I found a couch and love seat I really liked. I looked at so many furniture stores, the room place, Ashley’s, Bobs Discount, Big Lots, and Value City to name a few. Because of Covid, they all estimated at least 3 months for delivery, after reading reviews, a lot of customers were still waiting for furniture up to a 8 months or longer, needless to say, they were not happy. I went to Royal Furniture, in Gurnee, they were very friendly, asked if I needed help, I showed them the picture of what I wanted, they looked it up, called their warehouse in Waukegan, said it was in stock there. Set up for delivery for Monday (ordered it Saturday), paid and left, on my way home, my phone rang, Royal Furniture employee said they would be in my area later that day, would I like it delivered the same day? I gladly said “yes that would be great “!!! I have since ordered more furniture from them, very happy
