Coming into the st on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting sales reps to be busy. I was disappointed that there were no one greeting us. I looked around and had to wait for a rep to be available. Our furniture was delivered months later than originally promised. When the furniture finally arrived, it was manufactured wrong, specifically missing both brackets to connect the two pieces together. Thus having to wait even longer for a service tech to come out and install what was forgotten and FINALLY being able to use our furniture the way it’s supposed to be used.

Lisa was great in helping us find a new bedroom set! She even helped us find what type of mattress we would like even though we didn’t purchase one from there, we still know which would would suit us. Would definitely go back and ask for her in future purchases!

Furniture took forever to be delivered but it was exactly when we expected it. Due to the covid mess we understand completely. The delivery drivers/ installers were awesome. They did great love the professionalism from delivery to store!!!

Lots of cute things but the same prices and similar products as what you can get at other stores, not really a discount or benefit to shopping here. Also I was in the store for a half an hour and never even saw an employee. Guests should always be greeted

Delivery team was cool, and early. My problem was my furniture! One of my chairs the threads are loose. We all know once threads unravel in furniture, a whole is bound to follow. I made sure to take pictures, this was the first day of delivery.

BEWARE!!!!!Not only a long wait on the furniture, after receiving it, the main support broke! (Mind you I only had it for 2-3months)Had to wait on a repair guy, they supposedly repaired it. (2 months later ) I reported the couch was sinking and today something sounds as if it broke again. Spoke to Rose who’s the service manager, not much helpful - said all they can do is send the repair guy out again. In the meantime, where do I sit my family and guest. I’m so disappointed- I wanted to furnish my entire home with them but after this experience there’s no way. You’d think that after paying close to $2000 they would treat their customers better. 👎Nothing against the sales rep - Joyce was nice. Not a company worth of a nice sales rep. One star for Joyce.

I purchased a Bed and a dinning set it took 3 months for the bed to arrive and dinning set got rescheduled again. The delivery service is a 5 star. I have no complaints except they arrive earlier than said but thats not something to complain about. Im happy with my purchase just not happy with with wait time thats why they get 4 stars.

We bought a couch in November and it was delivered mid January. Not too bad of a wait time considering COVID. The delivery men were early, polite, and super fast. I’d say they were in and out of our home in less than 15 minutes. Very accommodating!
