Seems like decent deals on scratch and dent. need to check back often for new inventory each week.

I visited this store a few times last fall/winter and found some amazing deals and there was always a ton of inventory. They did just reopen this week so I’m sure more is to come, but inventory is much more sparse at the moment and prices are more like sale prices vs outlet prices. Some examples: a dining room table with large gouges in the top was $1500, a small floral-patterned footstool was $600 (yes, $600), a small pink marble tray was $99 (original retail $129), a gorgeous CB2 lamp was $200 (original retail $299), framed art prints were around $500. There are some lovely things and some heavily damaged items, but the mark downs were not in line with my expectations given my previous experiences. Just something to keep in mind! Staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

The word on the street is that thet replenish on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Went on a Sunday night and will try Thursday evening next time. Got a cool chair for 40 percent off list!

Good prices, but really inexperienced and uninformed staff. Dont know the products. A lot of things in poor shape, but a few good bargains.

You’re better off at a garage sale, this is not really an outlet. More like “Damaged trash our customers returned to us that we can not sell in our stores, so we will sell it here for 10% off”

Ive been to better garage sales. Selling noting but over priced broken, damaged and dirty merchandise. Dont waste your time.

I found a couple of lamps that were 80% off (bc of extra 20% off due to lighting sale) that were in near perfect condition. They are still selling on CB2 website so I’d say a score. Rugs, chairs, couches, sectionals, storage, outdoor furniture, lamps, decoration, kids furniture, mirrors, kitchen appliances like blenders and pots/pans, linens and towels. Lots to see here and big space. Easy to get around and not feel claustrophobic, easy to social distance. I was curious and was glad I stopped in! They’re open through February I believe. 4 stars because items can be damaged and all sales final.

Hillary was very unhelpful in finding the products we where looking for. Also was rude to us wouldn’t suggest getting your furniture here.

I wasnt very impressed. The furniture I saw was mostly marked and damaged (fabric with stains, scratched tables, etc.). If youre looking for appliance/kitchen things you might have better luck. They seemed to have a larger selection. Also some lights. Lots of rugs but they were all rolled and wrapped so difficult to know what was inside and I didnt feel the price was that great. If you love nearby its worth checking out but I would drive a far distance!

Damaged furniture at a discounded price which was probably just a bit more than the original price. Just be sure you can repair the damage. My damaged bar made a great bathroom sink cabinet .

Staff is friendly and helpful. Be patient as they are doing a lot. Witnessed several customers being very rude and demanding. You get what you give.

Sparsely stocked. the prices were outrageous. Most of the furniture they had looked dirty or had very visible damage. Really one of the worst outlets i have been to.

Some severely damaged items Some only mildly or simply a damaged box. Pricing is still very high. You may do just as well on a good holiday sale somewhere since the starting prices are so high. Not worth a long drive.

Store has advertisers driving up and down a very busy road, going very slowly causing traffic. Waste of gas, selfish, and causing issues on the road. Whoever thought that idea up should be ashamed, not to mention fined for the trouble its causing.

I dont think Ive met a group of employees as unpleasant in my life. Its like going to Ed Debevicks without the humor.

Great prices! Wish we visited when they opened in October.

Unless you need patio furniture don’t waste your time. Absolute junk.

Not worth the trip. First of all I called to see if they had any Axis or Lounge sofas on the floor for sale and they wouldn’t even give me a yes or no answer. This store is over an hour away from me so taking a trip was a gamble. I get there and all they have are sectionals and parts of sectionals. When I asked how frequently they get standard Lounge or Axis models the saleswoman told me rarely. Now why could they not have told me that over the phone when I called earlier? Furthermore, a huge majority of the items there are scraped, scratched and/or dinged up badly in very obvious non concealed spots. Not worth the 40% or less discount from the regular cost, I’d rather pay the difference and have presentable furniture.

Great place to work at, but not consistent

70% off. Got a chaise lounge for 179 originally 2378. Table for 55 originally priced at 1400.

Not what I expected there is a lot of close out furniture and case goods on display and very little crate and barrel items.

Prices are still quite high, even for pieces that are banged up.

Most of stuff is damaged and over priced!
