I had a wish order to pick up at this location, after showing up 5+ times well within their posted business hours and noone was there. The one time someone was finally there, they could not give me my package because the QR code did not work. I spent the next month contacting wish and they said it is up to the store so I go back, today is the last day I am able to pick it up and they refuse to give me my package. I ask them what I can do to get my package from them and they have no answers. Not to mention when I tried calling they do not answer for the first 2 times they will IGNORE you. When someone finally answered they were beyond rude and unhelpful. I would never give my business to this disorganized, rude, unprofessional establishment.

The first time I visited the store the owner is very nice and polite. I was picking up a wish order. The 2nd time was good also I felt that I can trust them with my package so I continued to ship my packages to them the store some good things in it and it was a nice overall experience. So now I have a 3rd shipment from wish and went to pick it the items was not there 2 weeks later I am getting a email stating they had to return the item and I had to pay a restocking fee 🤔 the last time I checked they did not have it, I asked the owner about it he said we never sent anything back.🤷🏽‍♀️ I chucked that up ok mistakes happen. The next order I had came no problem, ok this time it wasnt the owner the man was kinda irritated I guess, not really sure but whatever got my order and left. This last order wish informed me the items were there went in the owner again told me it was not there ask for a refund from wish well i forgot to ask for a refund and here it goes another fee and no product. Went in today the owner was not there but the same guy that was irritated before was there seems to be irritated again because I was asking question about my pervious order maybe he will be able to find it. He just kept saying its not here he did not want to look for it he said contact wish. Im not upset at all but he was so rude like he didnt want to be there and I interpreted him painting a dresser and wanted to get back to it. Long story medium they should stop being a wish pick up site if they cant handle it. Looking at the pervious comments they maybe stealing the packages.

This is one of those stores that was a surprise and a treasure! The owner is a great guy whos willing assist in helping with financing and they have great deals on good quality furniture and houseware items. Ill be going back there very soon!

I finally got a chance to stop in yesterday and picked up a beautiful outdoor rug and got it for a great price. Beautiful and unique items are all around you. Please stop in and check this place out! You wont leave empty handed.

After numerous problems with purchases, interactions and phone calls at this establishment, I called to speak with a manager and was met with very rude staff that was exceptionally unhelpful. I would not bother with this store. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Literally stole from me. Unhelpful and rude no matter how I tried to talk to them.
