The cashier Will is super impressive. He will be facing adversity like being under staffed or having a debit card fail with a long line building up but he doesnt just react well to the pressure, he thrives on it. He is always super friendly and this store is lucky to have him as an employee.

One of the cleanest Aldis Ive visited. Presently, the location works perfectly. Staff are always pleasant ensuring one has found everything one needs. The store seems spacious as well. We are blessed to have you!

It was my first time at this location. They are all pretty much the same. Place looked clean, good selection of products, reasonable prices, veggies and fruits looked fresh, friendly service, and I noticed that the employees wipe down the cart handles after each use.

I was able to get in and get out of the store quickly. The people working were super friendly. They were polite. The store was clean and festive for the Holidays

Founds some good stuff with great prices! Strawberries were only 89 cents. Checkout went smooth and efficiently. Friendly cashier. Will definitely return to this location.

Have been in many Aldis and this one is cleanest and best organized. Always quality products and good prices. Make sure you get Clancys potato chips.

I absolutely loved this store. They had some great deals and their meat and produce was very nice looking. The strawberries were only .99 what a steal.

My 1st time at this Aldi location. I was in & out in under 5 minutes, store was clean & employees were friendly... Aldi always carries what I need.

I was here for the first time today. Am here from Germany staying with my mother för a 5 week visit. Having to get a few things for her, did my shopping in a clean, nicely arranged store. At the check-out the cashier asked for my I.d. since I had some wine.I showed him my german drivers license ( by the way, Im 64 and very gray!) He checked with the supervisour and my I.d. was not accepted! Dont Think Ill be shopping here anymore! The cashier was very friendly and apologized, though.

Im torn on this rating. Id like to rate higher because Aldi prices are for the most part lower than all other grocery markets. They even offer Non-GMO food, fruit and vegetables. But, I have had to throw away two purchases of fresh asparagus because they spoiled within three days of accurate temperature refrigeration. Asparagus is not cheap even at Aldi. Staff is always friendly and helpful at my local store and have a great attitude and the savings are real!

A pretty good variety of food items, including lots of organic and gluten free. Theres also a small variety of European foods including chocolates and candy, some specialty items. Not a full line of produce or meat variety, but for the store size, really cant complain. Prices are low with pretty good quality. The store is not big, which is not a bad thing. You can easily get through all the aisles in a short time. Checkout goes really quick.

This Aldi location is top tier. Well stocked and clean.

A great place to shop for anything you may need for your house. The dairy products are so diverse and great in prices. The customer service is always warm and welcoming, and the fact that the produce selection is so big it is an extra bonus.

So grateful for Aldis in Gurnee. Clean! Smart pandemic protocols. Good selection of basics, as well as special offers. Good quality produce, specials on in season fruits. Really nice workers.

This store is new and newly built. Nice wider aisles and a little bigger selection from the older Aldi stores. Clean and friendly staff too

Stocking and general maintenance could use some work. Cashiers seem depressed. This place could use an injection of customer service. Aside from that, its Aldi, lots of cheap items readily available, you know what youre in for when you head here.

It was okay like always. But with all this chaos going on. Its like most shops. Not a whole lot of things like they usually have.

I attended their soft open today October 30th 2019.The parking lot was clean and free of debris. The store was well-lit and welcoming. The shelves were fully stocked. The first associate I asked for assistance was knowledgeable that they accepted all forms of contactless pay. When I arrived at the register the clerk immediately knew how to process my payment through my phone. Great people, great prices, give them your money.

It was ok. Not good customer service. So I dont interact with them.

Used curbside. Other store doesnt charge fee but Aldi does charge $3.99 for curbside pickup.

The store that I was in is located in Gurnee IL. It was very clean and brightly lit.

This I a newer store that opened up in the area. The store was well organized & spacious. The variety of products were about the same as offered in other Aldi stores, though I did notice a larger selection of organic items. I would reccomend shopping here if you need the basic every day food products. You cant beat the prices!

All produce except a few items are individually wrapped in plastic. Didnt see any produce labeled as organic or local either. Which I thought this companies main focus was in 2016 from news articles and advertising. This is not true.

Brand new, well stocked, well priced. They gleaned the best cashiers from other Aldis nearby, so this has become the flagship for the area.
