If your expecting your truck to be there after you place a reservation dont be surprised if nothing is available at Home Depot when you go to pick it up. Twice I have reserved a 26 foot truck and both times nothing was available when I arrived at Home Depot. No call or email from Penske! Both times I had two laborer sitting around getting paid to do nothing.... I WILL NEVER USE PENSKE AGAIN!!! Called Enterprise they had a 26 foot truck available for pick up and gave me a discounted rate after they heard what Penske had done. Needless to say I will be using them for all rentals going forward.
