The Manager Mike was wonderful! He did his best to get.me what I needed. I was waiting for a 10 by 10 unit and while I was on phone someone rented the one I was going to rent. He showed me one inside and I left a happy camper. He is a definite asset to your company. Very personable and professional

All I can say is this company is definitely Top-Notch!!!!! Roberta is very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. She is always very professional, helpful and good natured. My storage unit is climate controlled and super clean which I really appreciate. It actually is far beyond what I was expecting in a storage facility. Michael is another employee there and he was extremely kind and patient with all of my questions. He was courteous and very helpful which I found quite welcoming. My needs were BEYOND addressed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Shopping around for a secure places to store extra clothes and valuables

The storage facility looked very clean and secure. The monthly rate was affordable and reasonable. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Everything was set up pretty simply and quick. Did quick, digital paperwork and had my unit in about 10 mins. So, Im happy. Gotta love when things are done like that. And its pretty secure with your individualized code to get in the building to your unit.

Been with them for 3 years and so far had 3 rate increases. They probably won’t tell you but after your first 6 months there will be a rate increase and then every year after that. So no matter how long you’ll be with them they will keep raising their prices.

Accessing storage was very easy the first time. The manager is very knowledgable and clearly hard working. Facility is SPOTLESS. I thought it had just been built it was so clean. Very easy to unload our stuff as well. Unloaded with movers from a Budget truck. Simply unloaded at these automatic doors on the level of my unit and used the provided big carts to wheel to my space.We had about a one bedroom apartment worth of furniture, clothes, kitchen stuff, etc. to store until I move into an apartment in New York. The unit was 5 x 15 x 8 and it just fit all my things. Probably could have been a little bit more strategic with the organizing and fit more.

Lord, if I could leave no stars I would . DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OR STORAGE FACILITY. Made it impossible for me to move my belongings from the facility (they do not allow pods onto property). The manager has to approve everything and is never available. Staff is under trained no one has answers for anything. It’s impossible to call and speak to someone directly without going through an automated messaging system . JUST A HEADACHE . Go ANYWHERE else but here !
