We have gone into this location multiple times and they are always so incredibly helpful. My husband and I were looking to upgrade our phones and were having a hard time understanding the website cost. My husband went into another Verizon store and the staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. We went into this location yesterday and Ramon spent over an hour with us explaining our options, the cost of the phone and explained our new bill. He also took the time to show us a few other options. We also had our young children with us and they other staff members Lindsey was amazing, she took them and let them watch kid shows on some of the displays. I can’t say enough great things about this location and highly recommend them for any of your Verizon needs.

Dylan L did an amazing job helping me figure out my new phone. I purchased my device from the Walmart across the street and they did not help set up my device at all and this is my first smart phone. I would definitely recommend this store for anything you need regarding Verizon.
