Although supplies have been limited (assuming due to covid) this 5 stars is strictly for Mrs. Geraldine and her customer service. I frantically called 10 minutes before closing one night and was surprised someone even answered the phone! Geraldine helped me with my emergency purchase, waited for me to get there (3 minutes after closing) and had my item ready to go. She was an angel that night and really went above and beyond. Times are tough lately and its easy to get hardened by whats happening in the world, but interactions like this one and having someone offer kindess and waiting the 3 more minutes really makes the difference.

Had very limited options in stock, and the store was very messy!! The staff was also VERY rude to me. The moment I walked in the door I was not greeted just stared at and once I walked past the two woman behind the counter they asked to see my Cosmo license cause I didn’t “look like I would be a cosmetologist judging by my appearance”. I will not be returning to this cosmoprof location.

Never have what i need in stock. Just got laughed at when i called to check before going in, and then hung up on. Switched to the Plymouth location a year ago. MUCH better service.
