Jordan went above and beyond to help me find the perfect truck and actually called and responded back with phone calls unlike the ford dealership. Dont let the name fool you, Lots for Less is part of the Hanover Toyota group. Our sales person, Irving Perez, wasnt pushy at all. He asked about what we were looking for and presented us with options. I never once felt pressured to buy anything. Everyone was friendly, good car buying experience, comparable to Carmax.

I had my vehicle serviced the other day at Lots For Less and let me say it was a very wonderful experience. Shawn the service manager got me in right away and on short notice! He had his team start immediately! With in no time my vehicle was in and being worked on. The shop foreman Tom even went the extra mile and advised me on my brakes and tire measurements. He topped off all of my fluids and lubed my bearings. George in the parts department was very helpful with getting the correct parts I needed to get my vehicle back on the road. It’s truly a great place with knowledgeable staff. After my vehicle was complete Shawn walked me to my vehicle just to make sure I was truly happy with the work that was done. Of course I was and just like that I was on my way. I would highly recommend this to be your next service station !!

Let me start by saying that if you need a car please come here and request Brandon Stoner, he was phenomenal. Absolutely no pressure sales and truly treats you as a friend the whole time. The whole team from the management to the finance department were super nice and very informative. My girlfriend and I personally interacted with Brandon stoner the salesman, Jake Morgan he is the sales manager, and Ashley heller she runs the finance department. We came in with an extremely rough credit situation to the point I thought about canceling the appointment because everyone was telling us no. We did show up about 15 minutes late (traffic) and Brandon meet us at the door, he was super friendly and a positive person. Within minutes of being there he told us he got us approved, the night before we filled out the credit application. That was crazy and completely took the stress out of the meeting. While paper work was getting sorted out we had the chance to talk with Jake and honestly it was refreshing not to have things jammed down our throats that we didnt want. In the finance area Ashley was super cool, and explained everything very well. Ive been to a lot of dealerships were this part of the buying a car is a nightmare but not with her. Loved my experience at this place. Hannah was very kind and cheery! The other staff members were so nice too. Made up for the last popular place I visited where they started out nice, then turned condescending at the snap of a finger. We found some little paint issues on the Lots for Less car, but they were happy to rectify the issue and make sure I left still enjoying my experience.

I talked to them about purchasing a vehicle as is I informed them of what I needed and was assured it was what I needed I double checked with them before driving 340 miles and arranging a trailer to move said vehicle back to my home state and was assured it was what I needed so I drove there to pick it up and while I was in the restroom my friend a mechanic was sitting by the and sales floor and heard the sales manager making comments about what should I expect in a rustbucket 19 year vehicle when I was assured it had a solid frame which is what I need it for. And i also would expect some kind of professionalism.just a sad pathetic excuse for a business

First, the sales department was great to work with, and I received a good deal for the car I purchased, and received a fair trade in value for my old car. As part of the deal, they even agreed to do some minor scratch repair. This turned into some additional work for the dealer, but they took car of everything at no extra charge. This a been a great company to work with.

Bought our used car here with 15k miles for $16,000. Its been nothing shy if performing brand new. Wonderful staff and more that fair price for quality.

-1 star. You will be told that in the first 30 days they will repair anything wrong with the car you purchase. This is not true at all. I was having problems with my car the day I bought it and they were notified right away but still didnt want to cover the cost of fixing it. They also will not cover parts that should’ve been changed at a certain mileage but hasn’t prior to your purchase of the car. I do not recommend to anyone! Scam artists at their finest.

Bought my first car here yesterday. It was such a great and smooth experience! After reading bad reviews from so many dealerships, I was really nervous and afraid that sales people would always try to rip me off. However, Bernard, Sales Manager, and Finance Manager were extremely patient and friendly. Bernard rode with me during the test drive which none of the sales people did in my previous visit to other dealerships. Especially the Finance Manager, he got me a better finance deal with much lower down payment and found me an awesome warranty deal. They convinced me that there are honest and responsible dealerships out there and they take pride in serving us. I will definitely recommend Lots For Less to all of my friends. They earned this.

He was so patient, by taking his time to listen to our needs (wants) that we wound up financing a beautiful Mercury Mountaineer. She just graduated high school and started a full time job, I felt she needed to learn some responsibility now and build some credit all at the same time. The car i was looking at sold, but the folks I worked with were a trip, and we had fun anyway. They were willing to negotiate some.

False advertising. They posted a van stating there was leather upholstery & heated seats - my husband spoke with the sales associate about the van over the phone to confirm it was there to sell. We drove 50+ miles from Baltimore with our teething 8 month old...and we get there to find the van is fabric (stained) and no heated seats. So we left...driving another 50+ miles home. Visiting this dealership cost us gas money & was a waste of time. If you have a baby then you understand how even the shortest trip can be difficult, and we drove an hour there then back. It’s a shame their employee didn’t check the van to ensure it was as described before we made the trip. Poor experience.

So Im setting here at lots for less. On Tuesday, my wife filled out the online credit application. Adam called me, and he told me that they went with me wifes credit because it was 75 points better than mine(625) area. So today we fill out the paper financial paperwork. Her credit changed, and dropped closer to mine. Adam denies talking to me about this. So either he was yanking my chain to get me in the door, or the people who run this lot dont know what their doing. Nothing like the feeling of being lied to.

I live in Richmond, VA. I am not an easily satisfied customer. I was looking for a very specific vehicle with very specific attributes within a nearly impossible to achieve price range. After a month of Internet searches and several near misses, I found the vehicle at Lots 4 Less. I drove up from VA to Hanover, PA where I met Haley Wagner, a salesperson at L4L.The vehicle was exactly as described and in excellent condition. I did a thorough inspection going over every inch, inside and out including a full undercarriage inspection. I did find one non-mechanical issue, that was significant, but so obscure that I could not possibly have expected anyone to notice it. I am just that picky. They agreed to affect the repair and deliver the auto to me-IN VIRGINIA!Haley was amazing. Cheerfully dealing with my obsessive nature and helping me to navigate the pratfalls of the divorce-inspired devastated landscape of my credit, and managed to get the deal done. Most people will say that they werent asking for much. I was...and Haley delivered...literally.Everything was professional, transparent, above board and completely fair. In fact, they made unexpected concessions to get the deal done while safeguarding my fragile credit. They placed me with a reputable lender with a low payment that exceeded my expectations.This has been the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. The entire staff, including the shop, were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Most importantly, they really did make it fun! I wish they were here in Richmond. Bought a VW bug a year ago. We were told that their mechanics were paid to find stuff wrong with the car, and that they went over the car extremly well. Within 2 weeks our mechanic found the serpentine belt needed replaced. Luckily Lots 4 Less replaced it but not before an argument. Within a few months lining on both doors fell off. I could see where it was poorly repaired in preparation to sell. Within another month the handle on the glove compartment fell off along with a large amount of crazy glue. Within a few more months the brake pads and rotors needed replaced. Another month later wheel bearings air compressor housing and check engine light. 2000 dollars later....I believe this car was not properly gone over as promised by this dealership. Repairs and maintenance that this vehicle needed were band-aided with crazy glue and other tricks of the trade knowing full well that within months they would be passed on to the buyer.
