This store was the friendliness grocery store I have been to during the pandemic. The cleanliness of the floors and store was the best I have ever seen 😍. I just wish it would come back to York PA, as ours closed several years ago 😢.I plan on occasionally getting back to the Hanover store when I can as its about 25 miles from my 🏡Great job 👏

Nice store. Prices are lower than most competition. Has most of the things I need or want. Nice produce dept. Rewards card took off 25% of last purchase. Its only 1 mile from the house. A great place to shop! Only thing missing is theres no deli dept.

Food Lion in Brushtown, Pennsylvania is ALWAYS clean and the service is courteous and efficient. Good parking too.

Convenient grocery store located in McSherrystown. If you are looking for fresh flowers, this is the place to shop! They have a variety of different flower designs and colors. Food lion also has the best cupcakes!

Its hard to get excited about grocery shopping so I gave Food Lion 4 stars. This store is always bright and clean and well-stocked. And I believe they now deliver, which is great. The regular prices are a bit higher than that of Walmart but the sale prices can beat them. Great produce, meat and seafood! You wont get that at Walmart...

Just like every other food lion...except its in hanover so some of the people you see are a bit wierd..

I would shop at this store at last 3 times a week. I do not anymore because I had bought chicken that was still in date. When I opened it, it was rotten.

Although there selection is a bit smaller it has all you need plus. I am impressed by the home town feel you get in there.

The staff did a great job preparing and stocking the shelves, also how they handled the toilet paper isle..as scared as they were to be over run by panic shopping, they individually handed out toiletries as they re stocked the shelves, with the protection of only shopping carts as a barrier..Excellent job staff... The cashiers, although dealing with rude shoppers, held themselves in very professional manner with politeness and a smile..Thank you staff for making the situation a normal shopping experience..

$5 dollars for 2 2 liter of coke. It wount let me post the recipte. More than half the lanes are closed. Long lines. I felt robbed after I bought this. I will never shop there again. Lost a costumer for life.

Nice clean store. Every is very friendly. Very nice atmosphere and great sales. Regular item prices are pretty high and the deli is kind of small. Convenient though and better than fighting the crowds downtown.

This particular Food Lion has some of the best produce and customer service I have ever experienced in a grocery store. The store is always clean and organized, and the employees are always friendly and more than willing to assist you. Wonderful selection of products at unbeatable prices. Overall a great, pleasant place to shop!

After shopping the other larger chain stores for many years, weve recently been frequenting our local Food Lion store and found it to be very clean, well stocked and VERY comfortable and user friendly to shop at. Never overly crowded and, without comparing item for item prices, see very little overall higher prices. To be honest, even if the prices are slightly higher, its a perfect trade off to dealing with a crowded store and long checkout lines.In conclusion, if you like to shop for groceries in a relaxed atmosphere and not feel rushed, this is the place for you.Thank you Food Lion and keep up the good work!

This store was alright. The prices are okay, but the overall look and feel of the store was not put together. (shelves were a mess with product)

Yes was kind of disappointed today. Give it 3 stars for now. Should of got my 6th point for the 20 dollars towards thanksgiving but didnt realize that cigarettes werent part of the purchase. They need to clarify that on receipt. It just says if you spend over 50 dollars you get a point. Otherwise i shop there everyday without any hassles.

I love shopping here their prices are reasonable and wow I love the fact that they have old school ingredients that I remember my Grandmother using when I was a child it truly gives me joy to know that when I want to taste my childhood I can rely on Food Lion. Excellent, everyone is always so nice. Have trouble getting groceries to my car, when I asked if someone could help me. The cashier called a young boy from the back to help me. He was equally as nice even in this cold cold weather. So glad Food Lion is in my town.

Ya know, people always criticize this place, but the deals are great, the staff are always friendly and personable. Definetly the best grocery store to stretch a dollar. After you shop there awhile, you learn what store brand products to buy and which ones to stay away from. Their card savings are the best Ive found. My only beef is no fresh seafood, but Ive worked around that. I buy the common fish from there, (tilapia, cedar plank salmon, flounder, etc... and any specialty items....ie shellfish, fresh cuts of seafood, Ill just buy from a specialty store. I dropped 150 bucks there tonight, and Im stocked for 2+ weeks. Granted Im single right now lol

I spoke with Donny to ask a question to him who was exceptionally rude to me and cut me off to insult my intelligence about not looking on the wall to see that he is not a store manager. He even hesitated to return my greeting and wouldnt even look at me when I was talking to him. He was rude and disrespectful. If there was a negative rating, he would have plummeted down to it. The customer service representative assisting me though was extremely polite. I will never go to Food Lion again because of how rude Donny was!
