Ivye is so helpful whenever I visit my local store. I just tell her what Im looking for or how I want to decorate my house or yard and shell make great recommendations. She really knows her inventory which I appreciate. If she doesnt have an item in stock, shell order it for me with a personal follow-up call when it arrives in the store. Excellent customer service all around!

Very happy with there PR. I was sent a box of plants and two of the packages were missing. I called and not only did they replace the entire order but sent it directly to my house as opposed to having to go to the store and pick them up. Thanks!!

Very nice store with a little bit of everything for in and around the home. Birdhouses are nice, firepits, wicker and outdoor furniture, plus much more.

I love browsing this store. I lived all my life in Alexandria, VA and never heard of this company, which is based out of VA. They have awesome things. I was a home owner of townhouse for 17 years in VA so we bought PA house with a big yard and now I finally have a place to find things to decorate new home.Salespeople dont bother me. Im not one of those annoying customers that likes to ask a multitude of questions. I like to browse in silence!

I am revising my review of the manager of plow and hearth in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. I received a call from the manager after he had reached out to his supervisor to see if there was anything they could do to help me out. I really appreciate this effort and Im very please with the solution to my issue and they were very generous. So as they say, Im eating my words, thank you manager at plow and hearth you really came through.

Large store with a great selection of items. Pleasant salespeople, helpful, but not overly so. Prices are in line with the catalog though.

The manager is mean and unfriendly a very bad representative for this type of store where all ages of people shop at. Ask him what the safely pin he was wearing represented and he reluctantly answered a group of people. I found out later it represents gays stand together.The gal working there was not helpful AT ALL she hung on the front counter as if trying to hold her up. L A Z Y. I was in the day before and the Assistant Mgr. snapped my head off when I asked him a question while he was doing something...I hope the post reaches corporate offices.
