Shannon had in an aggressive attutude toward my daughter in law and myself while we were trying to pay with my 89 year old mothers credit card over the phone. She was slamming the magnetic sensors around and even hit her coworker with it. Then said she hates how nothing works in the store. Her foul mood ruined the trip.
