The young man who helped me and my husband was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what we needed to know before making our purchase. The store was not well stocked but I think that is an issue everywhere right now. The store was clean and had a good atmosphere.

We went in to buy a fire stick remote and ended up buying a new fire stick. They had the remote but we decided that a new fire stick would be best for us. The associate was very nice and helpful and was careful about giving us the wrong answer to our question.

I had a great customer service experience dealing with Eddie at the Harrisonburg Best Buy. I had an issue with delivery for my online order and came to talk to the manager of that department. He happened to be on vacation. One of the other managers Eddie quickly stepped in and got the issue resolved, and he had a great attitude while doing so. IT WASNT EVEN HIS DEPARTMENT! Appreciate the help Eddie! You guys need to keep this guy around! because he has a job offer from me if he ever needs a change! ...also the delivery guys did a great job, they were quick and efficient and installed everything correctly without scuffing any walls or anything. OVERALL great experience!! THANK YOU!
So its like shopping at Amazon but you have to paymore and you cant browse through hundreds of items for the same product. Also honey coupons dont work in the store...ugh

Great service, knowledgeable staff. They dont pitch sales on you, if they know theres a better product for you that isnt in stock, they always suggest it before a lesser product in stock. You can have a knowledgeable conversation about tech and chances are you wont throw a term or product their way they havent heard of.

It was difficult finding someone to help with my soundbar, but after some hiking I was able to get help. Unfortunately, the single line to the single checkout had 6 people ahead of me and was not moving, so I dropped the soundbar off with the store greeter guy at the door and left. Life is too short for that level of BS. There is a much smaller store in town that sells TVs and stereo equipment where it took no time to get high quality help, and I was checked out and on my way within minutes.

Would have been nice to check out at the front registers but as much as I love getting ignored by a cashier I had to find someone over by the PCs to check me out which the guy there was great
We were greeted at the door, but werent asked at all if we needed help with anything. While nobody likes to be asked a bunch of times, it wouldve been nice to be asked at least once. Video game prices are good, especially since theyre all new games, but camera prices were expensive compared to other places that are nearby.
Received an email from Best buy for some items on sale. Looked up found what I was looking for they said I they had one in stock at Best buy went to Best buy not there looked it up and it wasnt there. So I wasted a trip.

In the store probably 20 mins or more and no one came to help. Instead, they just continued to call people up to the counter, but only those standing and waiting in line. How do I get the hands on experience I came into the store for if Im just standing there waiting? Also, didnt even have the model I really wanted to see and play with in person. Ill just order from Amazon instead.

We had a system installed in our car by Marcus knupp and he hooked us up! This system hits and I don’t know much about them and I asked probably a hundred questions and he was so patient and answered them lol I highly recommend him when installing anything in your vehicle! Thanks again!!

Just now bought an upright freezer. Got it home and unpacked it. Huge dent on the top. Tried calling Best Buy and of course menu after menu of options to choose then being put on hold for over ten minutes before hanging up. One of the reasons I’ve used Best Buy before is because of the geek squad and being able to talk to actual people when there is a problem and not having to call a corporate number and wasting half the day being bounced around to different people and options. Pick up the phone please.
Looking for new laptop. One of Geek Squad answered some questions, but wasnt allowed to answer some because she was not a sales person. Never had. sales person even say hello to us. Some of the sample computers were either not on, or dead. Descriptions next to computers were incomplete. Decided we might as well go home and shop online.
No one would help me. I was ready to pay for a tv but couldn’t get anyone that would get off of their phone to help. Now going to a different store or ordering online.

Relatively small as Best Buys go, with limited inventory compared to others (e.g., cameras and accessories). Did not interact with staff so cannot comment on helpfulness. The parking lot for this shopping center is cumbersome if you are exiting to the north (toward Hwy 33), better to exit on the south side.

So far, terrible customer service. Couldnt get a single soul to answer the phone, just to schedule a repair too... Was on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up and scheduled it online. May change the review based on my experience tomorrow, we will see.
Geek squad agent Evelyn did not know how to handle a warrany issue with hp lap top but the manager tim took care of it.
They restock decently quick. If you want something thats out of stock, Id try back in half a week. Sales associates are nice, but hard to find.
The employees at this store are super friendly. I bought a monitor here and then brought it in since I was having trouble hooking it up to my hdmi cord/adaptor and they were very helpful and got it figured out.

Bought newphone. Found out it was used and still had previous users facebook and other info on it. Had sprint service on it. Went to them for help and they pointed out they entered my name last name first and middle name and left off my first name totally. Sprint wanted birth cert, notary public statement..,.. Total bull....! Called best buy verified it was a returned phone to start with and not refundable because 14 days had passed. Explained I was in hospital 10 days before finding this out, too bad. Never go back again. They see too many people at one time, never one on one care.

Bought a new microwave, had to wait for kitchen remodeling before install. When I opened the box, the microwave was damaged. Best Buy will not exchange or return it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Most stores dont sell CDs, but I did find a XMAS CD that I liked at Best Buy.
Generally amazing with their deals, staff can use improving. One staff member used some vulgar language in my presence, while others were just oblivious to customers. Some items as well were quite overpriced. A solid 3/5 experience.

Never in my life have I received a worse warranty or worse customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I will recommend to everyone I know that they do the same. I spent hours trying to get a simple warranty claim (a broken charger) fixed and was told that they shouldnt make orders in store because sometimes they just dont show up. The general manager told me he couldnt help me at all and advised that I take my problems to the corporate office instead. I spent far more time than I should have trying to get them to take care of the issue and was told by the corporate office that they couldnt help me. It was a laptop charger replacement. Dont buy their warranty, they will make you call their phone line to get anything done and you will be transferred from department to department for hours. Its a scheme to try to get people to give up and not file warranty claims. Insanely unethical.

They took all of the information contacts and photos off my old phone that was almost useless and put it onto a new phone that I bought there and did it all at no cost I didnt have to pay activation fee and all kinds of other stuff, they were able to plug my old phone into their computer and then transfer the stuff from the computer to my new phone and it didnt cost me anything at all and I even went back the same day because I was having problems with one of the apps that I want to download they found the app and download it for me right away with no problems and I left there satisfied! Im on total disability so I can only shop where it is in my budget, and they are affordable!
Not a bad store but my only complaint is that every time I use the women’s restroom the toilet paper roll is laying on the bathroom floor in the stall. Not a good look considering the pandemic but this is something that was happening before the pandemic hit the area. Completely unhygienic.

I dont like shopping here. Dont attempt to call them to talk to them. That does not work, which in my opinion is BS. I tried to buy a remote car start from them near Christmas time, and it would have been easier to contact the pope. Employees walk around like they just dont give to cents.
Was able to return my faulty headset and the attendant was very avid and helped me with finding a replacement.

This Best Buy knows how to train staff. They are always friendly, very knowledgeable, and never pressure sales. Typically have everything that you need, but may come at a price. They have a sales and a good price check policy, so dont hesitate to ask!

Visited this location twice recently. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the store was very clean and well maintained. I did purchase a few items, but found a few items I was looking for was quite a bit more expensive than other stores. My last visit there was a very long line with only a single cashier working while I watched about 5 other employees look at the register and the line and just stand and talk.
Taking Covid seriously. Major kudos.Serious staff with great knowledge base.
