I will never buy a car from anyone ever again other than Skip Shank. I am his customer for life and will follow him wherever he goes. He goes above and beyond during and after the sale. He always goes out of his way to help me with service, scheduling, and he even comes and picks up my car to take it to be serviced and brings it back to me. Amazing. Who does that? This has been going on for years and my car is paid off. He still takes care of me. I did 4 stars because Im not overly impressed with the service department. They are nice enough but Ive had several instances between my car and my husbands truck where they couldnt find or fix the issues we were experiencing. I can take my car a lot of places for service, but there is only one Skip. Honest, kind, helpful... Highly recommend.
Didnt offer to do a rough estimate before doing a hard pull. Didnt tell me a likely hood of getting an approval. Didnt seem to care honestly. Go here at your own risk.

I had a wonderful experience. Rhonda was amazing from the time she answered the phone. Very knowledgeable, timely, and courteous to say the least. I saved thousands over every other dealer I checked within 200 miles of NOVA which made the short trip to Harrisonburg a blast.
We just want to start out by saying how rude of a person Skip Shank. This dealer reached out to us attempting to purchase one of our vehicles. We had a vehicle they were interested in and said they were planning on buying it for our full price and selling it to there customer for 5k more. It was odd to have another dealer reach out to purchase a vehicle but we attempted to make it work. We then asked for a deposit when we tried to process the card it declined which made things very sketchy. So we decided not to do business with them. We told Skip that and then he started yelling over the phone threatening to write a bunch of bad reviews if we didnt sell them the vehicle. They do not know how to conduct business and will try to threaten you into doing what they want. BEWARETo customers reading this review beware of Skip and his tactics. He will sell you a vehicle thousands over market value!
Great overall experience! We purchased our vehicle from Mark Anthony and would definitely buy from him again. He made the process very easy. Mark was very informative and personable. He was available for questions but not pushy while we contemplated our decision. Everyone was very friendly at the dealership and the purchasing process was very simple.
I came into the dealership without an appointment but with a problem. As I am traveling with my RAM 3500 pulling my 5th wheel trailer my truck got stuck in 4 wd. I did not have the time to wait for them to fit me in to their repair schedule however Terry Powers the service manager came to my rescue. Before a couple of hours passed they had me repaired and on the road. I feel like an angel was watching over me and my truck. Thanks, thanks thanks!
Giving them 1 star. Because apparently I can’t give them 0 stars. Corresponded with Salesman “Bo” for 2 days in regards to purchasing a Tahoe. Was given a signed Buyers offer. I also signed the doc and returned it via email along with my CC number with instructions that I was putting $5k down on the vehicle. Later to find out that they sold the vehicle out from under me that afternoon. When I arrived later and confronted BO and the sales manager, I was lied to numerous times. Very unethical. Very unprofessional. I would absolutely NOT recommend dealing with these clowns.

Buying experience was good with mark anthony. 2 stars because once we arrived home we noticed a crack in the windshield behind the inspection sticker that they wouldn’t fix and then the check engine light was on the next day that they also wouldn’t fix.
I’ve been dealing with this company for a quite a long time, I never complain about any service!! But today, I dropped my 2017 Dodge Caravan for some oil leak! I was told, just to diagnose will cost me about $130.!!!Then, part and labor will be additional $800.00!!!I asked the part department manager about this particular part number!!! I can’t believe the he looks at me and his rude answer for not providing me with this information!!!! He acted like I did something wrong, or a crime for asking this simple question!!I assure to, this will be my last visit!! And I will keep reviewing this company for the disrespectfully behavior!!! Till one of the owners will contact me for this!!!Or must I have security clearance to get the answers for the party number!!!What a bizarre!!
Very disappointing phone call. I called the dealership about a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe they have on their lot and spoke to a salesman named Skip. On the phone he was very rude and pushy so I decided to go to Joe Bowman Chevrolet instead and had a great experience. Personally would stay away from a dealership that hires salesman like Skip who practice old school pushing techniques as if we were still in the 80s.
Worked with Skip Shank today and I couldn’t ask for a better sales person! He got me the deal I wanted!! He is a go to guy and will not screw you over like other salesmen.

Negative review towards sales. Lack of integrity!!!Our salesman was Mike Butler. We had full intentions on buying the vehicle he had set up for us to test drive as it suited our growing family. We knew the package and value of our trade in by researching it by the vin prior to going to the dealership but batted down and were told it was the lowest package level. We trusted Mike and therefore lost quite a bit of trade in value on the vehicle and ended up purchasing our new vehicle. The following day I went on the dealerships website to see what our trade in was being sold for. At that, we discovered that we had been lied to by Mike about our trade ins package level. It had been posted as the package that we knew it was that has greater value versus the lower one that we had been told. I went to the dealership the next day to discuss the issue and how we were misled with Mike. He pretty much wanted nothing to do with me and passed me onto the the used car manager Mr. Blaine Grim. He had nothing to tell but lies as I caught him in his excuses. I asked to speak with the sales manager and he told me he was not in though his office door was wide open and he was sitting at his desk. I asked Mr. Schoff politely for a moment of his time. I explained the situation to him and he pretty much wanted nothing to do with it. I was given a few excuses followed by Im busy now please leave my office. I continued to hold conversation with him. He told me to call him in about an hour and a half and that he would have a take it or leave it offer for me. I went back to the dealership a little later in the day and he handed me an envelope and said this is it. It contained a parts/ service gift card that would pretty much get a set of floor mats and an oil change.Within this experience, we have decided that we will never buy or trade another vehicle through this dealerships sales department. This departments integrity has been diminished and we now trust the other negative reviews written by other consumers about the sales department.Mr. Myers some of those within your sales department have given your dealership a black eye due to a lack of what Americans look for when dealing with people. Closing in on 60 years old now. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years from many different dealers. This has been without a doubt the worst experience I have ever endured. The sales staff is very dishonest and misleading. Never ever again will I ever deal with these scoundrels.

I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram 5 months ago, had a roof leak within the first 2 1/2 months of owning the vehicle, they took care of that without charging me. Recently I’ve had issues with alternator/battery, and the check engine light has came on. I was told at the sale that it was under a 1 year warranty. But just got told it was just a 30 day warranty... highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Its been 15 years since my husband and I visited a car dealership. We had a really fine experience here. We didnt end up buying a vehicle but that is not a reflection on the staff at this dealership. Everyone was helpful and not once did we experience pressure. In addition, we were contacted following our visit with just a message of if we can help in any way, contact us which is a thoughtful touch to doing business. I wouldnt hesitate returning to this dealership for any purchase of a vehicle. A class act in a world of who cares business es.

Drove over here from WV on a Friday in September looking for a Ford Explorer. I was hoping to trade my 2008 Mountaineer. They had just had one traded in recently. It was still in the condition it was when traded in, but I looked at it anyway realizing that it would be detailed before being sold. I wasn’t allowed to test drive it, because it had not yet been run through the shop. I expressed interest and Konner said he would call me when it was cleaned up and ready to be test driven.After days went by without hearing from him, I called on Thursday of the following week and he said it hadn’t been detailed, but had been run through the garage and that I could come in and take it for a test drive.My husband and I went over on Saturday and took it for a test drive. It was a Limited Edition and had everything I was looking for and I liked it, but I felt like I needed a day or two to think about it. Plus, it had a dent in it and I wanted to see if they would fix it. We took it back to the dealership and they immediately started trying to pressure me. Konner told me that one of the other salesmen had someone else who was also interested in it. He wanted to know what it would take for me to drive it home that day even though it was still dirty and hadn’t been detailed. I told him that we hadn’t even brought any money with us. They said it didn’t matter. We could do a deal and we could pay them later. I told them I needed time to think about it, but they were relentless. We ended up making a deal which included them agreeing to fix the dent. I traded my Mountaineer and they let me drive the Explorer home with no money down. We had a 3 month or 3,000 mile powertrain warranty. We had to drive all the way back over on Monday to pay them.They told me to bring it back the following week to get it detailed and have the dent fixed. They loaned me a car to bring home while they did that. My husband was having chemo treatments in Harrisonburg and they told me they would have it ready to pick up that Thursday morning before I took him to his treatment. Konner ended up calling me on Wednesday and said they wouldn’t have it done until later in the day on Thursday instead. I asked him to have them put some freon in it, because it wasn’t blowing good cold air. He just kinda blew me off and acted like he didn’t care.When Thursday came they weren’t done with the Explorer until after my husband had endured a 7 hour dose of chemo and we had to wait to get it. The only credit I can give them is the dent looked like it had never even been there. But aside from that they had done a poor job of detailing it (I found a Cheeto and bottle top under the seat and dust that they had missed) and they hadn’t put a drop of Freon in it. I ended up paying $50 to have that done myself. But very long story short, within days I was hearing a loud clicking/cracking noise when turning the wheel, but wasn’t sure what it was. I had a mechanic look at it and it turned out to be the rack and pinion. An expensive problem that wasn’t covered under my warranty (of course). I knew it was like that when I bought it and insisted they pay for it. At that point I had only put 800 miles on the car and 200 of those was driving back and forth between home and their dealership!!!They did not want to pay for anything, but in the end they gave me half of what it cost to fix it. If I had driven it for a month or two I wouldn’t have been so upset, but 800 miles!!! I know it was sold to me with this problem! A very bitter pill to swallow! I would NEVER even think about buying another vehicle from this dealership!

Absolutely wonderful service. They couldnt be any nicer or more helpful if they tried. They made the car buying process easy and enjoyable. Its definitely apparent that they enjoy their jobs. Dick Myers was 100% worth my time and money.
Crooks and Thieves. Avoid like the plague. Long story short, had a check engine indication with no performance problems. Out of precaution, had them perform diagnostics. They drummed up nearly $4K in repairs and recommended services. Needless to say, I declined. Reset check engine indicator (for free), and error has not re-occured. Cost me $105 to learn that this is the last place on earth to have your vehicles serviced.

I made a totally impromptu purchase and bought a brand new 2018 Wrangler on 1/18/19. Skip Shank was amazing in helping me get financed. They worked around my schedule and let me test drive and give credit information on my lunch break and via email. Within 15 minutes of returning to work, much to my surprise, I was approved! Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly. Skip went over all aspects of the vehicle features and Jeep programs I would now be eligible for as a new Wrangler owner. Darrel Baker in the finance dept went over in detail all the different warranty coverages and the contract making sure I had a payment I was comfortable with. And I got a free pen! Lol. It was a great buying experience. Would highly recommend this dealership

I called about a part for a Chrysler. They said they had it in stock even though our local dealer said it was discontinued. When it arrived, it was the incorrect part, it wasnt even close. We were then told if we shipped it back, they would refund some of the money, but not all of it. Poor customer service. Hope the 20.00 sale was worth a 1 star review.

We worked with Mark Anthony and he was amazing! He was low to no pressure, let us take the jeep out for a long test drive alone and didnt hassle us about needing to take time to make our decision. We have had absolutely no complaints about the vehicle and have had it in for service for oil changes and tire rotations without issue. We have a crazy work schedule and managed to find an appropriate time to bring it in and they were able to accommodate us.

I recently brought in my 2016 Jeep Renegade to the Dick Myers Jeep dealership for a tire rotation and oil change. A human mistake occurred in that my oil cap was not placed back on after the oil change. It was a mess! ..and a big concern. As soon as I was aware, I made the dealership aware. They immediately responded and took charge of my situation. They washed, cleaned, and detailed the inside and outside of the jeep. The engine area, to me, seemed to be in pristine condition afterwards. I couldnt find any oil residue anywhere. They even provided us with a loaner vehicle, and an extended warranty to ease the minds of my wife and I. Though I cant give 5 stars due to the fact that it did occur, I will say that I am VERY pleased and impressed at how Terry, the Service Manager, and Andy Myers, the GM, took care of us! They immediately responded, took responsibility, apologized sincerely (this goes a million miles in my book), and made us MORE than whole by providing us with a super clean vehicle and an extended warranty. Yes, my family and I would return for any service that the Andy Myers team provides! Great crew!
I have a fleet of four Ram 5500s that need an oil change once a month and fuel filters changed every two months. I purchase all the filters from car quest because the dealers prices for filters are outrageous. So, to save money I bring in my own filters. They charged me $100 to replace each fuel filter. They claim each fuel filter requires 8/10 of an hour of labor. That is just plain dishonest. I’m not even a mechanic and I can replace them in about 5 to 10 minutes. Update: they are working me on more reasonable pricing.

I was looking at a used truck and went in first thing monday. The general sales manager said it was in the detail shop and would call when it came out. He also said he would give me the fiat shot at it. I called at the end of monday he did not answer so i tryed anoter number she said it was still in the shop. So tuseday I tryed calling both numbers with no answer and left a message. Wensday i receive and email saying we apologize but we sold it. To me this shows me thier word means nothing call me old fashioned but to me that is where a persons value lies.
Over the last 20 years, I have purchased several vehicles from Dick Myers and in every case it has been the best experience ever. His sales team is, polite, knowledgeable, accurate and efficient. His service department goes the extra mile to insure that my car receives the finest care possible. Cars are like computers for me in that they both spell trouble, but with Dick Myers, my worries have come to and end.
Came in for a recall on my vehicle. Service department was very quick to take care of me. Got my truck in and finished with in the time frame they quoted to me. If I was rating the service department only I would give four stars. Unfortunately the sales department makes the rating lower.
We bought two trucks from Eric Myers. The second one, he actually drove to our home and placed in the garage as a surprise (big red bow, too). I find his pricing to be absolutely fair and straight-forward. Jim in the used car division always works to get top dollar for trade-ins. With Dick Myers Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat, you are treated like one of the family. Good, honest people with great prices.

On January 2, 2019, while driving from the DC area to Fletcher, NC, the engine of my Cherokee Jeep Limited started violently shaking. I pulled over and googled the closest Jeep dealership. Dick Myers Chrysler Jeep Dealership was the closest, thirty miles away. I called their Service Department and was invited to drive my car directly there. Upon arrival, I met Sam Baker, Service Advisor, wherein she shared they would not turn me away and would fit me in as soon as possible. Within 5 minutes, Sam shared with me that a client had cancelled a morning appointment and they would immediately get my car in. Within 90 minutes, the problem was diagnosed as a bad spark plug, replaced and I was back on the road. The customer service I received was above and beyond the call of duty. I cannot say enough about the class act of this service department. To top it off, Sam called me at home that night to ensure that I made it home safely. Thank you Dick Myers Jeep for a job well done!!!!

Inquired about parts for an older car. Ran into a stone wall. They couldnt provide or order the part. Furthermore, they refused to provide the Chrysler part number as a matter of policy. I will never even consider buying a car from this dealership.

My children use Dick Myers Service Department for their vehicles when they are in town. We have consistently been informed of the the diagnostic results with options to correct. When it was infrequently necessary to return, the staff was friendly and quickly addressed the issue. The Service Dept at Dick Myers is top rate.

EXCELLENT SERVICE BUT YOU PAY FOR IT
I could never say anything bad about this dealership!! They are amazing!! I worked with James Holsinger to buy my new jeep. He has a great personality. He never got aggravated with me when i test drove about 5 different vehicles. He wanted to make sure it was right for me! He walked me through everything step by step with a lot of laughs along the way. He showed me how everything worked in the jeep i bought before leaving. He called me to make sure everything was going good a few days later. This company does not wright you off once you walk out the door they stay connected. Also met with Andy. Myers he was so nice. He walked me through all the paper work. Even after i left the dealership he called me a couple days later with a better rate on my monthly payments. Which was awesome. He currently knew i lived about 2 hours away. The owner drove down to meet me half way to sign some papers. Thats what you call great customer service & business. I will always do business with them in the future. A Big Thank you!
Wish I could give this dealership zero stars. Traveling through the area on a Saturday on my way home to South Carolina and have a brake issue with my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Called them up and their answering service basically said dont know and dont care. Love Jeeps, but I recommend avoiding this dealership like the plague!!!

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Dick Meyer’s Jeep. It was fun and easy working with the sales department, as I was able to get a decent deal on my Jeep. After a month, a mechanical problem arose in my jeep. However, the dealership generously covered the cost of the expensive repair. All of the salespersons are incredibly inviting and knowledgable, and the service department was easy to work with!
Have purchased 4 vehicles, 2 new, 2 used from Dick Myers. Always happy with results, never felt pressured, only assisted in finding what I wanted. Lately Sam in Service and her colleagues have taken fantastic care of me, always accommodating and courteous.
2 years ago while vacationing I had a major breakdown on the Blue Ridge. This dealership got me in and repaired the very next day. This year again on vacation a caliper froze up on the 81. Limped the truck and camper into a local campground and started making calls. Once again Dick Meyers to the rescue!! Got me in and repaired the same day!!
