Everyone here was so professional and kind. I showed up with a bad car battery, on a very hot day. They had a replacement in stock. Someone replaced the battery in my car for me, while we waited in the cool office. It was a quick and easy process. We were back on the road to finish our grocery shopping. I highly recommend them!

I was absolutely stunned when they came out, took my girlfriends battery out, put in a loaner battery to see if it was the alternator or battery. Called us back in a few days, battery was shot. We got a new battery prorated and they put that one in too. I had the tools with me but they insisted. Clean facility, polite courteous friendly people. Highly recommend.

Ive used this place a number of times. Ive never had an appointment, but Ive always gotten extremely prompt, very polite service. They have even had some relatively rare batteries in stock without prior notice. Today they gave me a loaner battery while they try to charge my regular one (which shouldnt be dead yet...). Very happy that I came here yet again. Would definitely recommend this place.

My experience here at interstate batteries Harrisonburg Virginia was absolutely fabulous. We broke down right on the highway and had to walk over and found our saving grace. They were very helpful Rhonda and Kirk from the beginning to the end. Kirk drove me back to my vehicle checked it, helped me get to their location safely. I was definitely given the VIP treatment and southern hospitality. 5 stars for this establishment and if there are promotions or pay raises please consider Rhonda and Kirk aka Brandon for the position.Love Connecticut!

Excellent!!!Rhonda was on point!!We had a Tadano crane nearby with oddball size batteries, she hooked us up with a set of quality comparable replacements that were easier to replace in the future.
