Context: Im a 5 tall, 105lb woman. Im 29 but look maaaaybe 20. Im part of a demographic that is routinely taken advantage of by garages, and I cannot recommend MVM enough. The friend who recommended them to me simply said, Theyll be honest with you. He was right. Ive been coming here for maybe two years now, and they have always been completely transparent with me about any issues with my car. They answer my questions clearly. Their pricing is extraordinarily reasonable, they have never tried to foist services on me that I dont need, and they do good work. 5 stars, 10/10

I was purchasing a vehicle in Harrisonburg and lived several states away, so I needed a pre-purchase inspection to ensure the vehicle would be in good shape before I made the trip. Mountain Valley Motors was very easy to work with and did a great job on the inspection! They were very patient, listening to all of my concerns, and were professional during the process. They found several aftermarket parts on the vehicle that I did not spot from pictures, and they took the initiative to do a few extra things during the inspection. With their help, I felt much more confident making the 8+ hour drive to pick up a car I had never seen in person before!
