Best customer service I have ever experienced at an auto shop. I am from out of town and my transmission crapped out while on a trip. Rocktown Auto Service went above and beyond to help me. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone needing service on their car in the Harrisonburg area.

Not a good service here. The owner said one price and when I went to pick up my car the price went up considerably.

This place has just opened and they were so helpful! Everyone is so nice & Its a nice place - quick to fix anything. I will definitely go back and I recommend this place to everyone.

Brake repair was done with compression fittings, not valid to pass state inspection.

I came in to change my breaks and a oil change and was helped by the owner Shahab. He honored a 10% discount for my student I.D. for the oil change and was very professional. I definitely recommend this place.

I went because my car is failing the air conditioning a few weeks ago they fixed it and it failed again and I went back and the owner of the workshop told me there is no problem we are going to check it again and they fixed it and he did not charge me anything and it was very friendly and also his employee the mechanic I recommend him they are good people and they take care of you very well I highly recommend them
