Liberty Auto replaced my parking brake this time (last year they replaced my brake pads) Ive been going to them for the last year for car general maintenance (including car inspection) and really like them a lot. They work me in quickly, take care of what I need, and Im sure I save money than if I had gone somewhere else. They are also VERY NICE people. Im happy to give them a 5-star review.

I rented a truck from here for a recent move and the service was poor. I got there at 9am (scheduled pick up time) to pick up the truck and no one was there. There was a sign on the door that said will be back in an hour. I called the number on the sign and told them I had a pick up at 9am for the truck. He said sorry and he would be back in 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later he got back and didnt apologize or anything. Now 45 minutes after I was supposed to get the truck he is telling me about how they do other car services and was telling me I should come back whenever I need something done. Then we go out to the truck and he ensures me that it has been cleaned and sanitized. Let me tell you the truck was quite dirty and in overall poor condition. In the reservation I had requested furniture pads which I didnt get. The experience as a whole was poor. It seemed like they just have moving trucks but dont really know the right procedures when renting them out. The truck got the job done but I would definitely go elsewhere if I was in need of a moving truck.

Great service! Fast and affordable! Al was extremely helpful in explaining what type of repairs my car needed and how much it would cost, he streamlined the process and I was in and out in 45 minutes! For the work that was done it was very fast and well done.

The prices are cheap but it seems there is a reason. They have inexperienced and unknowledgeable mechanics. I received poor quality of work and little help to make the botched repair better.
