I brought my car to Route 11 for a possible throttle issue. The lights in my car were not displayed when I first took my car in, but Route 11 still ran numerous tests to try and diagnose the problems. Later on in the week, my car displayed the lights and I was able to take my car in immediately where multiple technicians spent hours trying to get the lights on. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next day! I will continue to go to Route 11 to have my car worked on and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to fix their car!

I just got bought a used car that needed some tlc, this guys are the best, always have the best customer service and do a fantastic job, I finally found somewhere that I can call my mechanical choice and go to for all my vehicles.

We were so lucky that route 11 automotive repair was able to get my car in today. I came home to visit family and we found there was a hole on my cars exhaust pipe. Norman being a hardworking and having great respect and kindness, he checked over my entire vehicle aand found that my Wheel alignment was off by a whole -1.3 and wasnt safe to drive out of the shop. Thanks to him and a colleague I was able to get it fixed and safely drive out of the shop. We are traveling from Oregon. Realizing we had a flat on our truck, we sought out a tire repair station. We were greeted by kind, caring, friendly gentlemen. They took us immediately and determined we had a big bolt in the tire. Unable to fix the tire they were able find a new one. They have been the best! Billy and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They went well beyond anything I could have ever expected when my sons car broke down in Harrisonburg. Very stressful as a dad 300 miles away when this occurred but Billy did not hesitate to take care of the situation and help my son when he was so far away from home. This place is awesome!! My family and I were traveling to visit family and unfortunately had our car go into limp mode while we were still a few hours from our destination. We were forced to find a shop nearby and went here. They were very busy when we arrived, so I didn’t expect they’d be able to fit us in, but they were very gracious and helpful given our circumstances and got us taken care of quickly and reasonably! While on vacation today noticed truck overheating. Talked to Carl on the phone and he asked when we could bring in the truck. We were at the shop by 10:00 and back on the road by 11:30. Carl had someone working on our truck within 15 minutes, diagnosed within 10 minutes and out the door within one hour after replacing the radiator which was split and leaking. Our air conditioner went out on our vacation. The great people at Route 11 fixed that along with other issues that other auto repair shops were to lazy to fix. They did this all in a couple of days after dropping the car off. They were fantastic!

Chad and Billy were great to work with for my 04 Lexus GX. I showed up and they had time to take my SUV into the shop and review my suspension issue. The mechanic(s) reviewed my vehicle and uncovered a bad front axle seal and an old serpentine belt and bad rear shocks. Billy worked me out a quote, and showed me pictures of what was bad. These guys were great, they allowed me to order an aftermarket suspension components from dealers in texas / Oregon in order to delete the factory airbag suspension. Took about a week for the suspension to arrive and they put it on. The truck drives fantastic. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am. Really easy going people that are fair, kind, and prompt. They have a new customer. Thank you Route 11!!!

Heard some rattling under my car so I took it in. The staff was so friendly, honest, and helpful. I have spent most of my life doing all of my own repairs because it is difficult to find a trustworthy shop where the technicians actually know what they are doing and don’t just throw parts at a problem in hopes of fixing it. Every vehicle I buy seems to develop mystery problems that leave mechanics scratching their heads. The staff here always manages to do the right troubleshooting and fix things the first time while keeping the repair costs down. I couldn’t ask for a better team to work on my vehicles. With their skills, knowledge, experience and pricing, there is no longer a need for me to have to work on my own vehicles. I can now spend time doing things I actually enjoy and trust my vehicles to the hands or Rt 11 Auto.

We (my wife & I) had to find a new mechanic. I came to know of Rt.11 Auto. Repair through a colleague at work. I dialed them up and boy am I happy I ended up there!! My Jeep Wrangler, which has a small suspension lift, had been experiencing the dreaded and God aweful death wobble for roughly 6 months to a year. We could not drive it over 40mph, hit any moderate bump or pot hole in the road or our Jeeps front suspension would shake VIOLENTLY to the point that we darn near had to come to a complete stop for it to resolve. Over time and simply put, it was ANNOYING! And not to mention Unsafe! It was time for our Jeep have a Va. State Inspection. I dialed up Brandon, the shop owner, I let him know what we needed based on our priority which 1st was passing inspection! Brandon understood and we agreed on a time to drop it by Rt.11 which was a Friday. My wife and I were out of town the entire week our Jeep was with Brandon and his staff. First thing Monday morning I received a call/voicemail from Amy @ Rt.11 stating the inspection was complete and that the mechanics were looking into my front suspension problem. Amy, she was great!!! SUPER GREAT!!! From my point of view it appears as though she handles many different responsibilities in which she EXCELS!! Couple days pass and I receive a call from Brandon statingdrove our Jeep and that he emplored 2 other different mechanincs to drive it, seperatly, and all three of them conversed to form a collective opinion. This management process by Brandon really impressed me, specific to a Jeep Wranglers death wobble problem because there are LOTS of things that can cause it and mostly VERY difficult to diagnose the root problem. Their professional opinion on the problem/issue was relayed to me and I was told Amy would be in contact with me about parts, costs, etc... The next day Amy called and provided me with all the required costs but gave me choices (cheapest, kind-of cheap, most expensive) of the parts that needed replacing. This single offering of choices relayed to me that Brandon, Amy & Rt.11 Auto Repair took my personal finances into consideration!! THE. FIRST. time Ive ever had that offered to me at a mechanic shop! Again, just another example of the thought they put into the customer and their vehicles!!! I CANNOT recommend them anymore sternly!! My wife and I most defineltly will returning to them if/when the time comes!!!! Thank you Rt.11 for caring!

I was there yesterday in a bit of a panic because my front end started shaking and the call was pulling to the right sharply. Was driving to NYC so had to have it done asap.It turned out to be a bubble in my right front tire.These folks were marvelous. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Ive had my vehicle in a few times for different things, from A/C fix and charge, battery replacement, to motor mounts and suspension arm replacement and each time their prices have been HALF the average repair costs of most. They even gave me a loaner vehicle when needed for free, everything has been done quickly and they are very detailed in showing and explaining what problems are and how they are fixed. NO HIDDEN COSTS or addons.

Billy and Colton are great guys! This shop is amazing from the first time I called them. I had a bad alternator starting to smoke on me and had my car towed to the shop. They started getting my car prepped to be worked on while I was in the office to get checked in. They let me know everything about my car and what will need to worked on in the future. Great service all around. My only concern was that I never got a call back about the correct problem and give them the go ahead to begin work.

You know these guys are great when the E.M.T.s send their ambulances to be repaired at the shop! Brandon was at the desk, great customer service, knowledgeable, got a good sense of humor, theres good coffee, bathroom is spotless and they got theyve got these super comfy leather chairs with cup holders. They even send you reports via text messages with pictures and details about the condition of your car. Took it there for an oil change, car is running smooth.

The guys here are great people - they saved my daughter plenty of times from being overcharged by other shops with their honesty about which repairs were truly necessary. My dealership quoted $700 for wheel bearings, fog light, and license plate light. Route 11 quoted me only $457 for wheel bearings, fog lights removal, license plate light, rear break light to get fixed, and a couple other things. It is the best price possible for me. They are amazing at their job, they are very kind and honest. They made sure to tell me what everything was and what needed to be fixed in terms I could understand. They saved me a lot of money and worry.

We were traveling home to Pennsylvania from our Aunt’s house in Roseland when our truck began to shake and lose power. Immediately we started looking for a mechanic, we still had 4 hours of driving to do. The receptionist at Route 11 Auto was so nice and accommodating, she told us to come in right away. We were met by Brandon who diagnosed our truck, brought it in and ordered the parts. They were so hospitable, kind and honest. The repairmen were quick and efficient. We were back on the road in about an hour feeling confident that we had gotten the best service possible. We even joked that we would drive to Virginia for our next repairs. I give this shop my highest recommendation and thank them for getting my family home safely.

Other shops told me they couldn’t do the work I needed done but route 11 did my repair fast and for a very reasonable rate. They even cleaned up the inside of the engine bay for no extra cost.

Honestly the best repair shop! I am a young woman with little to no experience about cars and they did not take advantage of me! The employees here are very friendly and informative. They have worked with me to get my car serviced quickly and correctly both times I have used them. Their prices are awesome and they aren’t going to rip you off. Due to poor service work by another company in the past, I had a brake problem that was difficult and time-consuming to identify. They worked hard to figure out the best fix, and in the end they gave me really good deal. My bill was way less than I anticipated, which is always a relief! Also, the mechanic took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what they did to fix it, which I greatly appreciated. So many places treat you like a number, but I was never treated like a bother here, even after calling several times. I will continue to recommend this shop to friends and family- because from what I’ve seen, they’re fantastic!

I went in, explained the problem I was having. They spent over an hour trying to find the issue. We drove around, computer said nothing wrong. The employees are friendly, wait time was reasonable, and pricing is significantly lower than the prices you’d get at a large chain car repair place. Like a lot of women, I worry about getting ripped off by a mechanic who assumes I don’t know anything about cars and they can therefore overcharge me. These guys don’t do that. Once, I went in to have them look into a grinding sound my car was making, and it turned out I’d just picked up a piece of scrap metal from the road, which stuck in the bottom of my car and scraped the road. The piece of metal came right out, and since there was no mechanical work involved they didn’t charge me. That shows they have integrity. I’m definitely a repeat customer!
