I always take my vehicles to these guys. They don’t mess around. They find the problem and fix it. They don’t just guess and charge you like some other places do. The guy working on your vehicle will actually talk to you and I appreciate that. It builds a trusting relationship!

Brought my mom’s Toyota Camry in for 4 wheel alignment. Brandon was nice and courteous. Came in for appointment and waited inside. They even gave me a printout of how bad the alignment was before and then the after. Nice facility. Work was done promptly and fair prices. Would recommend

I moved to Harrisonburg one year ago. Blue Ridge Automotive was recommended to me by several people when my 1995 Honda Civic needed work. Its hard to find words that express my complete satisfaction without sounding gushy. Not only do they provide excellent work, they answer questions and explain procedures without losing patience or making me feel stupid! If my car could talk, she would join me in singing gratitude to these fine professionals.

I took my truck here to get my oil pan replaced since it was rusted and leaking. I was given a quote of $600 and the final bill was $955. I understand that things happen and we have to pay for other parts that may need replaced. I had to have both oil cooler lines replaced at $106 each, but Advance has them for $76.99. I also paid $30 for Shop Supplies. I had never seen this on a bill before. I hope it is all worth it in the end. Overall service seemed to be average, but not as good as expected.

Always friendly and they do a great job. Two other mechanics looked at my wheels and said they were fine back when I had some steering wheel shaking. The first time I took it to these guys for an oil change they fixed my wheels as well and my shaking stopped. Best oil change prices in town on top of that. Definitely sending my friends and family here!

I trust them and these days a good repair shop that is fair and trustworthy is getting hard to find. They work on my entire families vehicles from the new VW Beetle to my Jeeps and the wife’s Honda odyssey. I highly recommend them.

I was pleased that the diagnosis was quick, the repair completed all in the course of one day! I was able to drive home with the belt replaced and other associated issues handled. All at a very reasonable price!

Theyre always very honest and straightforward about what needs to be done on my vehicle and never push for unnecessary fixes. Theyll let you know of any unanticipated problems, but Ive never felt pressured to have it done before Ive had time to think about it. They have fair prices, a friendly staff, and quick service. Ive never been to a mechanic as trustworthy and efficient as Blue Ridge.

I have been a customer for years, what I have always liked is they do not try to sell you things you do not need. I have been told many times, I would not buy this or do that. Not only have they fixed my vehicles properly the first time, they have saved me thousands by only fixing it instead of buying all new when I did not need it.

These guys are without a doubt, the best deal and quality service you are going to get in Harrisonburg. They take their time to explain all of the work they did, and they are honest with their rates. Owning a Fiat, I am quite a frequent visitor here, and they can handle anything big or small. I highly recommend this place for both businesses, and individuals.

Do not take her car here for inspection will fail for nothing. Try to get business by failing cars and then doing the repairs. Not sure of their abilities to repair cars but if this is how they drum up business they shouldnt be trusted to work on your transportation.
