Bryanna was professional, very competent, courteous and patient. With several customers in the store Bryanna was not flustered, multi-tasked flawlessly and assisted us all with a smile. She also greeted those entering the store with a cherry Hello. I would definately consider rewarding this excellent employee.

The staff member we were working with ensured that our bill would not go up. I specifically asked several times because I wanted to make sure I was understanding correctly. I even mentioned that we couldnt afford a higher payment because our bill is already outrageous! (for BAD service I might add! But this is what we can afford right now)Turns out she lied right to my face, my bill has gone up considerably and now I am stuck in a contact for another 2 years. OR I have to pay a crazy amount to get out of it! I feel that things were not explained well, they were rushed and done unprofessionally just to make a sale. I would NOT recommend Sprint because they might just over look your concerns and take advantage of you anyway.

I normally go to the sprint on Burgess Road and this morning I did. As soon as I walked in they were very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them. The assistant manager was the one who helped me and answered my questions. No personality, had an attitude, they didn’t have any phones in the store and would need to order whatever I purchased. I left and went to the Harmony Square Sprint and Kassidy was wonderful! Because of her knowledge, patience, and personality, I left with an upgrade! I highly recommend going to her Sprint rather than the Burgess Road!

Breanna and Kylie were a huge help. This store has had the best customer service in a cell phone store that I have ever experienced. Its small and kind of hidden, but its worth it if youre tired of being hassled by cell companies.

This Sprint store is the only one I will go to. Amber is one of the only associates I will talk to. My family and I went to get upgrades yesterday, she had to activate and switch 5 phones. We were only there for 1 1/2 hrs. Every time we go in, she is always efficient and thorough!

I say this not solely for Sprint stores, but for all phone service providers whose services I have used over many years. Amber and Rose are the models of customer service to be emulated. Also, Im certain a few more dollars in their pay would be appreciated. They earn at least what they are paid, whatever that may be, but merit more. Star performers!

I have been to most sprint stores around here and they are all horrible the staff dont want to help, they say one thing then when you go back they try to talk their way around what they told you previously, they flat out lie, they try and sell you crap you dont need for a ridiculous price.....BUT the gentlemen (Chris) and young lady (Amber) were absolutely wonderful. They helped with all the phone issues got alot of the issues credited back to my account and then helped get an amazing deal on another phone line and accessories. I have been a sprint customer ever since they bought out Nextel (yes... A long time). This is by far my favorite store in the Harrisonburg market because the service is phenomenal. After encountering multiple issues, broken phones, upgrades, etc... and visiting every store in the area - I can safely say that this store is head and shoulders above the others. You will get all of your questions answered in a timely professional manner, and you will receive top of the line help anytime you have a device issue. I cannot recommend a sprint store in a 50 mile radius more highly than this one. If you want superb service ask for Johanna (the manager) as she goes above and beyond for her customers.
