The initial service was fine but the rep was not knowledgeable about iPhone issues. I needed to replace three screens (2 for iPhone 6 Plus and 1 iPhone 8 Plus). I explained that one had lines going across the screen and was not functioning. He said a screen replacement would resolve the issue. Another had gotten a little oil within it somehow thanks to my child and the screen continued to get dark and streaky. I explained that I did not want the screen replaced if the oil was going to cause issues with the main board. He said there wasn’t much oil and replaced the screen. The screen guarantee is for a month. I returned within three weeks with two non-functioning iPhone 6 Plus screens. The rep called another person and then told me that it wasn’t the screens but another part that would need to be replaced. The issue is usually signaled by lines going across the screen. I reminded him that there had been lines going across the screen for the one and he had said a screen replacement would resolve the issue. In the end, I was not offered anything - no partial or full refund for the screens or money towards to the other part that needed replacing and should have been suggested in the first place for the one phone. The iPhone 8 screen works but the home button functionality is not working. I can still use with the accessibility home button.

Spilled water on my HP laptop and the keyboard stopped working. the guy replaced the keyboard and explained the price of what was done. it now works even better than before :) would recommend

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Went to get screen fixed, I now know why it took an hour and a half to fix. Cheap screen, cheap adhesive, damaged battery, and broken ribbon costed me an additional $220 dollars when I got back to my hometown!! My hometown technician stated that they didn’t put the required service sticker inside the phone...wonder why?

I got my iPhone SE repaired within 30 minutes and it was cheap. My screen is as good as new thanks to them.

A knowledgeable and friendly staff that replaced my laptops broken HDD with an SSD in less than 2 hours. The price of which, both the hardware and labor, was exceptionally good. I do not have trouble with building or fixing desktops, but I lack the experience and confidence to work on laptops so their work was relieving. They are quite possibly the most reliable computer support shop in Harrisonburg.
