They ran out of Pokemon Sword and Shield promotional serial codes four days into what was supposed to be a two week event. Which is really confusing. Theyre only supposed to give one card per customer, and other places didnt run out nearly as quick. Were they giving out multiple cards per customer? I dont know. I was disappointed to make the trip out to get one and then being turned away.

The staff was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. There also had great COVID protocols clearly posted, with additional recorded messages. The store was very neat, clean and well organize. I was looking for information on Xbox Series X and S consoles, controllers and two-way head sets. The staff member was able to verify my new PC was powerful enough for gaming, and was even able to recommend the perfect graphics card for my motherboard and RAM allotment of the top of his head. Truly quite impressive and useful. He was able to outfit me with a customizable Xbox controller that fit my hands perfectly, and also a connected head set that fit over my glasses without pinching my ears. Im 6 3, so I have bigger and longer head, that makes finding a head set you can game on all day while wearing glasses very difficult. He was able to recommend the perfect pair and a replacement/ second for guest. I walked out with two premium controls, head set, exchange 2 year all-inclusive warranties with device upgrade options and Game Stop membership with added perks and free money to spend each month for under $330. I can also take the devices to any Game Stop for instant replacement, which is great as I travel a lot with my gaming rig. Money and time happily well spent! Thanks Game Stop!

Best brick and mortar place for used video games and merchandise...the staff is awesome...can always find something new to play...love loading up on IP socks...t-shirts at usually on sale (on par with Walmart quality)...star wars merch always seem to be on sale or on the clearance table...usually wind up bringing something I dont really need home with me.

So glad this place is still open. Theyd be glad to know theyve convinced me to purchase a few games I never heard of until going into the store. They at least keep up with the game reviews and research to give decent feedback on the products in store.

I honestly love going in there, the employees are so fun and nice. You could have good conversations with them about almost anything. They have amazing customer service as well and help you find what you need. The building was a bbq place so it smells like bbq smoke still, but it smells good, and they always have clearance items and deals going on.

Great experience and knowledgeable staff. We picked up some great two player games we had never heard of thanks to them.

Use to be a huge fan of this place but their prices are higher then most used game stores and I cant find old systems here like at Monster Games

I just walked into Gamestop to Pre-Order Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition and the guy told me that I can no longer pre-order it. He said I can buy the standard version and I was kind of dumbfounded. I thought that you could pre-order any version you want until the day its released. Turns out the guy swindled me. They sell the ultimate edition at other stores, just not Gamestop. I dont find that store very helpful or reliable if Im being lied to.
