There are several Starbucks shops in town. Pick a different one. When you ask for a drink made the way you like it the Barista and staff will argue with you. They will tell you, Thats not how we were trained to do it, rather than make it the way that you like it. Ive been a customer at Starbucks for several decades now and have simple orders. For some reason this stores staff consistently misses the mark. I dont blame them, though. Definitely a management issue.

Super friendly staff, great stop on your road trips. Very spacious indoor and outdoor area that is also suitable for working, studying and meeting up with people. Highly recommended. Kudos to the servers and their happy smiles.

Quaint little Starbucks. Colocated inside the Martins Grocery, its a great little place to hang out and enjoy a tasty beverage while the family shops in the grocery, or visits any of the neighboring shops.Comfortable seating area that offers a quite nook to relax in.

Terrible parking situation- cars in drive thru block cars that are parked from backing out to leave. Service was sloooooow !!

Great location with a drive-thru, however Google Maps has it on the wrong side of the road!! Might want to fix that.

The staff is always so friendly and quick. Don’t bother coming here if you’re in a hurry as the drive-thru continuously wraps around the parking lot. It usually moves quickly but be prepared for long lines!! The drinks are definitely worth the wait!!

Ordered a cup of coffee during a driving break and left with it to find it tasted old and burnt. Never experienced such bad coffee at a Starbucks before.

Emma and Sami are awesome ! They always remember my allergy and take great care of me ! They even found a box of matcha hiding in the back so I could get my order ! My hero’s !

Rude customer service. And they entirely messed up the order. All around, fail!

Wouldnt give me a free drink on my Birthday with my Rewards app even though their app explicitly says I can a free drink on my birthday, all because their machine wasnt working..sorry its not my fault the machine is being wonky, that doesnt mean I shouldnt get the same Rewards every other customer with the app can get.

I love this place... Always clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable... And they havent messed up a single order...

Paying so much for a drink and about every other time I go they mess up the drinks.

They screw up every drink. Do not brew coffee to proper strength. After 3 attempts at drive through only im done. Its too restrictive not being able to go into building when they screw up.

We went through the drive through & my s.o who has trouble remembering & with a little stutter issue placed my order & then couldnt remember his order right away and the girl taking the order literally laughed through the drive through speaker to the point he got embarrassed and just said thatll be it.

What the heck one employee waitied forever....terrible experience ....

Today we watched a grumpy and unreasonable customer change her mind after they had already started her drink, they changed her drink without delay and were trying to refund her since the new order cost less than what she paid. She got frustrated with them even though throughout they were only were trying to help her. Five stars for professionalism both while the customer was there and after she left.

Service can get slow with a big line because the number of staff here varies a lot day to day. Beyond the occasional wait, this is a great location

I have found just about everyone there to be kind and helpful. Im a regular and will continue to be one!

Service is not the best, very slow and this Starbucks Coffee does not taste like other stores that are bigger and have better trained staff. I would not recommend paying Starbucks price here only to get a not so great coffee. But if you are in a hurry and find it more convenient I would stick with the sweeter drink options they have.

Get coffee - go sit in Targets outdoor seating in the back of the store!

Coffee was delicious but coffee cake was horrible, caused heartburn!

For one its Starbucks, so not the best. They also dont know how to make traditional espresso drinks.
