Went here on my lunch break today, waited quite a while for my food, which I understand right now everyone is short staffed. My problem was the quality of the food. When I got back to work to eat my sub, the whole top bun was as hard as a brick. I could not even break it with my hands. I ended up throwing the sandwich away. I have worked in food service for years, and no matter how short staffed you are, you do not serve food like this. There is no way that between the 3 workers making the food that one of them didn’t notice this. I would have gladly waited longer to have fresh bread. This is unacceptable. The staff was courteous, but someone should have caught this mistake and fixed it before it ever got bagged up for me to take. I will not be going back here for food anytime soon!

My boyfriend went two sheets for me a couple of days ago to get me some cigarettes. He told the lady at the counter when she handed him the cigarette that day was the wrong cigarettes. Well the lady behind the counter said no theyre in new packaging which we both knew was wrong. He was not given a receipt and when he got home with them they were wrong cigarettes. I tried to call Sheetz four times and nobody answer the phone. And this is not the first time Ive had issues with Sheetz store #332 giving me the wrong stuff and not answering the phone. So I called corporate. And I still dont feel like it was taken care of.

People are friendly. Food service is inconsistent. All ingredients on hot dogs piled into the middle without care. Show some care in the food prep. It will go a long way towards overall customer satisfaction.

Theses people forgot my sauce and it isn’t free

I just bought a couple packs of Cigars (the 2 packs of Cigarillos) and they were ALL broken in the same spot upon opening. Meaning they don’t take care of these products and still sell them. 😤

Great place to grab a quick cup of coffee while you’re filling up your tank. Clean bathrooms and storefront.

Sheetz is a go-to place to stop while traveling. This location isnt always the most clean but is typically well stocked, and the MTO food is fast. The staff is somewhat friendly and attentive. Of all the Sheetz in Harrisonburg, I do not recommend this one.

We do not have Sheetz stores in my hotel, but this store has a lot to offer.I never thought I would enjoy food at a gas station, but the meals are freshly prepared and the several that Ive had were very tasty.

Clean. Good food. No fee ATM. That’s all I was asking for and got. Made my trip nice.

A little tricky getting in and out because of the flow of traffic on neighboring roads, but overall not a bad location.

Their gas is more expensive than the other 2 Sheetz in town. Their made to order food is good, but does take a bit longer than regular fast food places. The crowd can be a bit rough late at night.

The gas is always cheap and I get $0.03 off a gallon with a Sheetz card.I had the 2 for a dollar hot dogs and $0.99 extra large soft drink, thats a heck of a deal for lunch.

Clean store, friendly staff, restroom was better than most.

Lots of gas pumps, super nice interior. Bathrooms were a bit unkempt, but I was still really grateful for them
