Robert is the best! He is always available to look at any problem that I have. Gives me advice on what to buy even if it is not from him. Goes above and beyond for his customers. That is a rarity these days.

These people have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It cost me $75 to change my password. They never solve the problem on the first phone call, I have to get my husband to call them back to get anything done.
