Off of a whim I stopped in and indulged on my Reese’s crave and my Megamilkshake was AMAZING!!! I’ve been back several times just ordering whatever caught my eye from the menu. Every-time I’ve stopped in the staff has been fun and helpful. Check it out for yourself.

Came here for my birthday treat! And what a treat it was!! The milkshake was awesome and the lady helping us was fun and helpful, when she had heard it was my birthday she even brought a little golden candle for us and lit it at the top of my milkshake, making for an unforgettable picture!

This place is amazing! My uncles wife’s work there. My uncles also work there too. Technically my uncles wife’s mom and dad work and run the place.

Disappointed. Shakes werent as fun as they make them seem and pretty simple. And the staff was not very friendly or patient.

Good family place but a little expensive

Meh. I had the Regular size Reese’s (7.99). Not great. It had about 5 mini Reese’s around the mug...nothing like the picture. It was ice cream, milk and some Reese’s cup ground up in it.Also, there was a poster for Thursday “Happy Hour” BOGO from 6-8 pm. We were there at 6:15 on a Thursday. Asked about the Happy Hour special...was told the poster was from the “other store?”Save your money and go to Bruster’s, Kline’s or Tots...much better ice cream, a bigger portion and a lot less money.

The store is so fancy and beautiful. The staff are so friendly and sweet. I will definitely come back. The milkshakes are awesome ☺️

Very friendly staff, great service, and decent milkshakes. I knew the prices before ordering but honestly I dont know if it was worth the price. It was good, I just dont know if it was that good for almost $30 for 2 milkshakes.

Friendly staff, delicious shake, but price could be lower so you get more customers in.

Don’t get me wrong the milkshakes are great, but the price of them is insane. Not worth the bang for the buck. They are pretty and delicious, but the sizes didn’t come out to be what I expected. This was a one time visit.

We love this place!!! Friendly staff, awesome sweets, very chill environment. I love that they do these cool events with characters for the kids. We have met Mickey and minnie, Elsa and Olaf and Santa!!! My daughter loves going there to hang out and get a cotton candy or shake. I love the brownie shake. Everyone is always so nice and Ive never had a bad experience. Its truly a good place for kids and adults looking to embrace that sweet tooth with a treat. Adding gift cards/certificates would make it perfect. Hopefully thats coming soon!!!!

Great place with great treats, my son loves going here. Its a tad on the pricey side but you are getting a good value and a good shock and awe value out of it. If it were cheaper Id take my son there every week, but Ill stick to a treat with him once a month.

Very good icecream. Ice cream was lacking on scoop size for the price. All on all I might go back when ice cream meets my expectations. $11.99 for a milk shake thats mostly milk and cream.

The owners are attentive, and th he milkshakes are beautiful! My only reason for giving four stars is that they do not make their own icecream. For the price, I would have expected homemade icecream, and not Hersheys. Still, its a fun, family establishment.

I love the idea just wish it was a little more affordable and maybe in a different location. Seems to be a marketable idea but a different location may help. Maybe keep one business in one location for starters and focus on the ice cream and not on soccer

Definitely overpriced for what it is. It was almost 20 dollars out the door for my girlfriend and myself to split a milkshake. It was a pretty decadent one, but insanely overpriced. I wont be returning.

Felt seedy when you walked in. Its a full service Ive cream shop with abrupt service and advertisements for some kind of side gig for videography. Heavy Loud hip hop playing and expensive pricing makes this a hard pass.

Awesome choices and the ice cream is so good!!

My family and I drove almost an hour to see chase and sky for our two young kids. Upon arrival we were asked to sit outside under a canopy area durning a thunder and lightning storm. We waited about 45 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After taking our order we had to wait another 30 mins to get our ice cream. Once we finished our ice cream we had to again had to wait another 45 minutes just to have the kids picture taken with case and sky. Only to be told my wife could not take any pics that they would. Picture was taken but no where to be found on face book or anywhere. Two hours of driving, 2 hours of waiting and 49 dollars worth of ice cream for 5 people we won’t be back.

Ice cream not very good! Very over priced! Presentation very nice thats about it! I personally don’t like Blue Bunny ice cream! I gave them a review on facebook and they got very defensive and Way to ruin a perfect opportunity to get constructive customer feedback and hopefully engage the customer so they might want to come back, possibly use the info to improve their product, which would lead to potentially! But in this case they lashed back! Then delete the comments! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Took a van load of girls for a back to school treat! Supposed to open at noon, noone was there, waited 15minutes, still noone! Very disappointed!
