Waited for over two hrs after the advertise time of opening and still no one came to open the store

So about a year ago my sister takes my phone to get a new battery. First they gave me a old battery because recently the battery dies on me and when I went to put a new battery in. There’s is plate missing inside my phone that made the wires came out and my phone wouldn’t turn back on .. ya do an half time job and I’ll never go back again
