The salesman Malachi was amazing he was very helpful he fixed my cellphone issues on my old one so I could use my new phone and trade my old one. He was very patient and kind I will definitely visit this store in Hartford Wisconsin again!!! I recommend this store to anyone in the area. I’ve been to a lot of Verizon stores in this by far is the best one I’ve ever went to I’ve had a lot of issues with Verizon in the past but the store is the best out of all of them I’ve ever went to definitely will go back and I definitely recommend it to those in the area!! Fantastic! The salesman (Alex I believe his name was) didnt act like a salesman, he only wanted to get you what you needed. We got great deals on new phones and plan! 5G works great, no problem with reception. Great place for a family plan!

Mike helped us set up our accounts. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. Actually my son and I were back there for 2 more days to get help and he again was very helpful!! The next day my husband had questions and Nick was working and he was very helpful and patient with him. I would refer this store and these 2 guys to anybody!!
Went in to have a phone covered under the protection plan. Nick ordered a new phone for my parents as a replacement. When they went to pick it up I was notified via email that my parents were getting charged for it. I called while they were still at the store, and Nick assured me that it was covered under the protection plan and that they only had to pay the taxes. A day later, still no credit. My parents went back to the store and the manager Mike said that yes they did have to pay for the phone and it is not covered. The next day I took off early from work to take care of this, I talked with Mike the manager, he was useless and unprofessional. He did return the phone, but blamed everything that was wrong on his brother Nick who he said he would deal with. Point is....If you want poor service DO NOT go to this store Mike and Nick have no clue what they are doing, and their customer service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to a corporate store to get the Verizon service you deserve. I did and it took less than 10 minutes to warranty my Fathers phone, which he went without for 7 days due to Mike and Nick! Oh....and they pretend to be the owners also!!!!!!!!!
At 1st I was very happy with my experience. I got my daughter a IPhone SE and IPAD free in a back to school special after credits on my monthly bill. But the first issue was the IPAD took two weeks to get with little communication. Then when I went to pick it up they charged me 40 dollars activation fee to set it up even after telling me that all I had to pay for was the taxes. How can you charge 40 dollars to setup an IPAD? There was no transfers or anything. But even with that I told them specifically that I didnt want to pay anything more to begin with. This isnt my 1zt bad experience with this Victra store. Im thinking in the future I deal with Verizon directly. Very dissatisfied with this 40 dollar fee without my knowledge.Uodate So now it turns out that neither were free. Im locked into the phone but the IPAD incan return. BUT I have to pay 50 dollar restocking fee. I tried to call today but Victra was closed when i get off work. And i dont want to talk to the store I did talk to Verizon though. I am so dissatisfied with this transaction. I cant believe after all this I have to either pay for the IPAD which i would never have gotten if it wasnt a supposed promo. Which was 50 dollars off not free with 2 year contract for the iPad or return it and pa 50 dollars for being given incorrect information Please help me understand how this is even close to right.
Went to Verizon in Hartford on Saturday to dump U.S.Cellular! They had me out in 45 min fully down loaded with my new phone.Got home and had twice the coverage as my old server

Mike was very helpful to my father and I. I definitely recommend him. Very polite and cool. We went down to the Verizon store in Milwaukee only to be lied to and scammed. Came up to this place and Mike fixed everything for us and made a bunch of calls and did everything in his power to fix this for us. Definitely going to make this my goto verizon store. Very good guy. If I could give him 20 stars I would.

The help I received from Steve when activating a new iPhone at the Verizon retailer in Hartford, WI was exceptional! His friendliness and enthusiasm was evident from the minute I walked into the store. This is my first iPhone and not being tech savvy, I was concerned about how patient a rep would be. Steve did a fantastic job leading me through the activation process and iPhone usage, patiently explaining everything and offering extra info. and tips on its usage and troubleshooting issues that might arise. I walked out of the store very happy and confident about using my new phone! I will certainly return to this Hartford retailer for any other products needed or for service help.

We went to look at accounts and check things out and they guy went and set up an account after we specifically told him we were not interested. Bunch of Scammers!
If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Only one person working on a Saturday? Really? The one person that was there, was extremely rude and unwelcoming the minute I walked in the store. It was very clear that he did not want to be there or help anyone. After being continuously ignored, I left and went to a different store where I received better service. Even though this location is very close to my home, I will drive the extra 40 minutes to a different store from now on.(10/14/2017)
Was a wonderful store. Now requiring a mask... That is my choice not anothers. In there about a month ago, no requirements. Turned around and left. Stop drinking the kool-aid.
