Will Rate after I get my vehicle back from an Oil/Filter change and Tire Rotation. Well, 2 days later and my truck now makes a horrible noise when I turn on either AC or Heat. Didnt have this issue when I dropped it off!I doubt I ever go back to Don Bohn Toyota for Service again! Always have the feeling the service department tries to Nickel & Dime me each time I go! I waited by the service door 15 mins as folks were behind the counter, finally walked in and asked if I could have my truck serviced. Terrible Customer Service!!

Are van needed a new transmission. It was still under warranty. The first dealership we called said they couldnt get to us for about 3 weeks. We called Bohn and we brought our van in the next morning. It was ready in 3 or 4 days, cant remember exactly. The entire staff there were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely return there should we need service!

Fantastic waiting area, comfortable seating, large TV, computers for you to use, etc. The staff is very friendly and let you know whats going on while working on your car. I live in Houma but drove over here for oil change & wiper blades, just saying. They also have nitrogen if needed for your tires, they can service what they sell.

Service was horrible! They are nice to your face but as far as getting things done timely and communicating.... not a chance. 4 visits, all horrible. Had my vehicle longer than expected each time. Never called to update. Just bad customer service!

Took my vehicle there that was purchased there in 07 NEW. Their SVC. DEPT. repaired three separate trans. issues in the past 4 yrs., which was COSTLY... now trans. is going out AGAIN & THIS DEALER SVC. DEPT is telling me my vehicle with 126k mi. is going out due to NORMAL WEAR!...!!! PPL. BEWARE !!!

I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience! from the beginning, my salesperson (eric) listened to me and did not once try to pressure me into even looking at any type of vehicle i said i was not interested in. i had some very specific requirements and eric worked with that exceptionally and professionally. in the end, the manager (justin) found me a vehicle that was newer, nicer, and as close as possible to what i was looking for, and at a great price. i made clear what type of payment i was looking for and they both held to that for me.while we were awaiting working with finance, eric also talked with my son, which kept him engaged during a process that is not so fun for a 12 year old!i also appreciated how the finance manager presented the additional warranties and options. my husband had recently purchased a used vehicle and his finance person (at another dealership) had already assumed we would purchase extended warranty and GAP and presented that information as a done deal in our payment, which of course was significantly higher than we anticipated. when we inquired as to how the payment went up and he broke it down, he was very reluctant to remove the extras that we had not agreed to. Joe (at bohn) however, clearly stated these are some options that you do not have to purchase, but that i will tell you about. and in the end, he was able to work it so that i only had to pay minimal extra monthly for the options i chose.being a woman who knew what i was looking for and what i could afford, i greatly appreciated being treated fairly and respectfully, without being pressured or told that i would really like this vehicle instead. i will be recommending bohn to any and all, and i look forward to dealing with them again in the future.

Terrible experience with this dealerships Service department with leaving my keys in my car in the parking lot before my Service even began good enough for it to get stolen right off the lot I had to get the Service Manager to let her know it was even there still.Tire pressure was not regulated like I had asked And the Service was an oil change and tire rotation they are supposed to check the and adjust the tire pressure anyway and did not.They all blamed Customer Appreciation day for the apparent problems that they were having today.This is my final time going to this dealership with the disregard they showed me today with my car and the service I was given, pitiful the owners of this dealership dont know why people are going somewhere else to buy a car.
