One of the best experiences my wife and I ever had. Running late for church, and my wife was getting a little frustrated that we had to wait in line. When we went to pay, the person in front of us paid for our order. We paid for the person behind us.. What a BLESSING!!! THANK YOU! And the worker was awesome too very nice!

One star because this store has disabled the order ahead feature. This feature has been down since Friday; I have checked surrounding locations via the app, and all the other locations do offer order ahead - but not Hastings. Really frustrating!

The drive thru here is the dumbest design Ive ever experienced. Dark choc cooler offee and breakfast sammies not too bad.

Within the last 2 weeks weve came here to the drive thru. We ordered the turkey, bacon, Swiss spinach sandwiches..which this week apparently they were discontinued...It was cold in the middle..not heated. The service has gone downhill in just a matter of a month. We will be going to a different location.

Very busy location. Efficient staff, didnt have to wait long. Seem to have some regulars that come in for pick up orders. Full selection of food and merch.

Not expecting wait . Yes large order Nd did not call ahead as I will in future. I guess hearing all large orders we must be ordered in advance from a teammate not helping me was like being scolded. But hay good new I pas many the same coffee shops every day . I will try another..for sure orer in advance

You need to order mire beyond meat breakfast sandwiches. I come here almost every day and you have never had them, you are always “out” because you go through them in the morning. I was there at 7AM and still out, hmm maybe you should order more then 2 sandwiches?

Worst experience we have ever had at any caribou coffee. We detoured 7 miles off our route to get coffee / snack on 5/16. Everything we asked for we were told they were out of.. seriously thought we were part of a prank t.v. show. The coffee was so watered down - not a typical Caribou Coffee shop experience.

They definitely have an A team and B team, so sometimes I end up with dirt milk and others it’s the best drink I’ve ever had at caribou. Having previously been a barista for a caribou, I hold them to a higher standard. Very thankful to have a Caribou in Hastings, so A team please keep up the amazing work!!

Thank you SO much for having my mobile order ready and waiting when l arrived, even though the drive thru was all the way out of the parking lot, and the line of customers inside, was overflowing outside! Something Red Wing, day after day, cannot seem to do, even with little to no customers waiting to order! Hooray Hastings!!!

I dont drink coffee. This store is in a horrible location. The drive through blocks traffic into the parking lot. Please move your store somewhere a drive through doesnt hamper traffic.

Caribou is the only coffee shop I visit. I love their coffee. I love their rustic decor. I love their adorable cups and accessories to purchase. I love, love, love their simple ingredients in their coffee. The staff is upbeat and always helpful!

3 out of 4 visits to this locations resulted in a 10+ min wait for a med-lg espresso with 3 raw sugars. Both times at the short drive through were 10min, and one of the times going inside was 11min. Coffee tasted good, but if you’re in a hurry, pick a different location!

Fast friendly service.

We always visit this location as it is close to our house. Most of the time we online order and it is waiting when we get there. The drive through is quick as well and the staff are pretty much always in a good mood and friendly.

I went to the drive through this morning and waited 20 minutes from the time I ordered my drink to getting my drink. The lady that took my order had to remind the lady making the order that she was still waiting for it for the drive up. VERY VERY SLOW

I love the products! Amazing coffee and treats but ALWAYS a wait. Inside or drive thru, its a 20 min- 30 min ordeal no matter what time of day.

The coffee is always good. However, their customer service and speed is terrible. I understand that the mornings are one of the busiest times of the day, however I do not enjoy waiting at the window for five minutes before they finally decide to take my payment even before my coffee is ready. I would be more u derstanding if they were all busy doing something but 9 times out of 10 the cashier is just standing around chit chatting or staring off into space. People come to get coffee on their way to work...I live down the road, and get there minimally fifteen minutes before I have to leave for work, and so don’t enjoy leaving late for work some days because people don’t know how to do their jobs. I don’t know who’s in charge of these employees currently, but this was never a problem until about 6 months or so ago. If I passed another Caribou location on my way to work, I would not use this location. And don’t get me started on how they deceive the perks redemption. That’s another story in itself, and when I called to let them know what happened, they weren’t very friendly. Not happy with this location at all. Get a new manager in there and some new employees who actually want to work and be friendly.

5:22 am. Store opens at 5 am and the doors were still locked and no one was running the drive through. The girl in the store tried to act like she didnt notice customers wondering why they werent open. They make decent coffee when they are actually open but how can you not open on time being a coffee shop.....

Probably my favorite COFFEE SHOP of all time; I’m a regular at the Cottage Grove location, so I’ll often receive my drink before I’m even at the register! Great coffee, great food, great people... What’s not to like?! 👍🏼😄

Horrible snotty employees. I don’t leave reviews ever but because I’m a frequent Caribou customer this one needs to be noticed as awful. Not only were the girls there rude but the coffee is at best sub par to other branches. Taste as well as presentation. I will never come back to this location.

18 minutes for a cold press? Really? Asked the cashier about my drink and they couldn’t be bothered to even look up at me, I just got “it’s coming”. I finally get my drunk and there is so much ice I got maybe 8 sips of drink. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

A comfortable place to pass the time with a hot cup of coffee.Reading a newspaper or talking with a friend. A great way to spend some time.

Its pumpkin spice season, had to have it.

Went inside and got a chai and mocha from here... my moms mocha was delicious but my chai tasted like vinegar. I went back to let them know and they offered to make me a new one. The second one was better, but still tasted like vinegar, just with more frothed milk. The place was pretty dirty and had flies flying everywhere and the lady who took my order didnt seem very happy to be there. It seemed like they were understaffed and didnt have the most efficient system going. I believe whatever they use to make their chai has gone bad because Ive had many chais in my life and never have they tasted like this. Either way, for $4, my experience wasnt the best. Next time Ill just know not to order chai. I still am giving 3 stars though because the employees are doing the best they can... but they need to fix that chai flavoring sourness!

Good coffee but not big enough inside and very noisy. Also not a very good drive through as cars need to wait on the street which cause problems for those who want to go straight ahead.

Almost as good as Starbucks coffee, but all kidding aside a very nice coffee shop.

So I ordered a drink at Caribou in Hastings, and asked to substitute almond milk instead of regular milk because Im lactose intolerant.. As Im watching her (Mikayla) make the drink, I see her pour the milk from a regular gallon jug.. Ive never seen almond milk come from a jug like that, its always been a cardboard like carton.. So we asked her if it was actually made with almond milk, and she said yes.. So, I just confirmed with my other Caribou employee friends that the containers that almond milk comes in are in fact the cardboard carton.. They did in-fact give me regular milk, so my guts are completely screwed up because I drank the whole damn drink.. I called the manager (Rachel) and she didnt seemed concerned, but offered me a free drink. I wont be returning.
