Update, I stopped in to see if any changes were made and they told me I as a customer wasnt welcome here.. omg this is customer service and now there mad at me for complaining and this is how they fix it lol M&H next door is a much friendlier convenience store..Good Morning, I used to be a valued customer until 2 employees decided to take advantage of my kindness and or accuse me of saying my coffee was a refill and charge me full price at holiday gas station on vermillion in hastings.Josh befriended me and ask me to buy him a pack of cigarettes and he would pay me back in a few days. That turned into 3 weeks and then he said Im never paying you back that was a gift. I spoke to brandy and she gave me a gift card for $10 but she also warned me not to discuss this matter anymore with anybody. Hmmmm BTW Josh had already told me he eats all he can while at work because its free I also noted he gave people he knew free items..Marsha on the other hand accused me of getting a new coffee but saying it was a refill on numerous occasions.she went so far as to tell other employees to watch me because she felt I was stealing. BTW I was told this by these other employees so I watched Marsha. I took a picture of her eating donuts and taking them back to the register but never paying. I brought this to brandys attention but she told me Marsha always pays even though I told brandy that Bella had also witnessed Marsha stealing.I was recently in the store when a theft occurred, not only did this thief steal a whole shopping bag of candy on film but also my new phone which I had plugged in to charge near the door and with an employees consent. This phone cost me over $200 and the replacement was another $100. I dont know what kind of business your running and word around town is if you need something free visit holiday. But I am no longer visiting this store. Your inviting thievery by employing thieves and taking advantage of people. This is a small town and bad news travels fast I surely cant recommend holiday to anyone who asks me which gas station has the friendliest service.I would like to know what you plan to do about this and how you plan on gaining me back as a daily customer? BTW this will be posted on your Google website if its not favorable so all can see. Regards RobinWe can all find out how important customer service is to holiday by there reply and actions towards me as a customer.Update is they havent made any attempt to do anything about this so evidently customer service isnt important to the linn companies 🙄

This Holiday is a very good location. They have a great selection of products, they follow state laws for checking IDs, they have friendly employees, and the store is very well maintained. Keep up the good work Holiday!

Guy messed up my Gas when I prepaid claimed to put the money back in my card....3 days later I found that I lost money and never got my refund... Will not be going there again and do not recommend going there

Dont prepay. I put $8 in and $15.05 came off my card it took a week for them to put it back on my card which they should not have taken out in the first place.

The only complaint I have is that this Holiday station is often out of windshield washer fluid in the containers by the pumps.
