This evening at 8, I received a perfect order. I got an iced caffe mocha, decaf with no ice and soy milk instead of regular. The cup was filled to the top, extremely consistent and the whipped cream was clean and not excessively done. I will definitely come here again when I’m in the area and recommend that you do as well.

I understand the lack of help. However maybe you should consider shutting off your on the go service. I’ve waited 20+ minutes in store not including order time the past couple days. Everyone who orders at the drive through or register flying right through. Try to talk to anyone and they ignore you.

Haverhill Starbucks is always kind and quick with their orders! The mobile orders can get piled up during rush hours but the staff do a great job connecting to make sure you have everything you need and get on your way!The evenings are great at this location to sit on the patio and sip fresh coffee with good company. They could use more outdoor furniture and pay better attention to staging their outdoor space but it could easily be really great!

Honestly really annoyed…They were supposed to be open at 5am on Saturday and I got there around 5:30 on my way to work I waited in the drive through for a few minutes until no one answered so I went in, the door was locked but they’re supposed to be open so I waited another few minutes till someone came out, the girl told me she didn’t know they were supposed to open at that time and they wouldn’t be open for another 15 minutes, 45 minutes after they’re supposed to have opened, everyone else has to be to work on time

Everytime I get a same taste, expected hot especially on the coffee and a wonderful service!! I haven’t seen such a consistency in DD/McD etc. This is one of our favorite shop!!! Staffs were very polite and ready to help!!!

This is the worst Starbucks, they always have a long line, the coffee is very watered down and when I asked to have it remade the barista threw a fit and made it all weird. I threw it in the trash. Last time I get a drink here. I spend a lot of money, I get it you’re busy and over worked but this is the business you chose to work in.

Drive through was crowded but the staffs so efficient line moved fast theure very friendly as well.I Already liked starbucks this one is my new favorite.the excellent taste freshness overall quality of food and beverages and the excellent service.add that i use a wheelchair thus drive through makes it so much easier. It took forever to get my 5 iced caramel macchiatos. I had been driving for 10 hours through the night and just needed some caffeine to keep me going a little longer. I nearly fell asleep waiting for my coffee. Seriously, are we growing the beans now?

Need more help. Waited in the drive thru for a long time to pick up a mobile order. Even when we finally got to the window, we still had to wait again before we got our order.

This is one of those Starbucks locations, that makes everyone feel respected and welcome! Ive been going here now for years, and even when the new- recruits arrive, the management keeps the shop running smoothly!The mngr. Andy, is an all-time superstar!!Shes been at the location for years and still has a sincere smile whenever shes communicating with staff or customers.

Pumpkin muffin was the best

Lately, whenever I order any drink from there it does not taste like what I should be having. Peppermint mocha, cinnamon dolce latte even the new oatmilk cinnamon brown sugar shaken. There was only 2 times that I received it and it was correct. And I’ve ordered it 12 times now. The order I received today and yesterday aren’t drinkable. And last week I had to have them remake it because it tasted like mud/smoke and just butter. It didn’t taste anything like oatmilk or brown sugar.I don’t know if it’s a certain barista but someone needs to be retrained. Because this can’t continue to happen. I want to continue to come here because it’s more accomadating to my restrictions than other places but For ‘w to pay over $5.00 for an order that is only right less than 20% of the time, it’s a little ridiculous.

Definitely need more staff on (3 people with 30+ customers on a Sunday afternoon is crazy! Drive thru and inside) but the manager Miranda (I think her name was) was great! Calm, cool and collected👌☕

I used to love this Starbucks but recently I never get what I ask for, I asked for a strawberry açaí refresher with light ice so it wouldn’t water down and let me tell you the cup said light ice and the kid put EXTRA ice in it to the point where I couldn’t even get my straw in it....$5.19 for like three sips of the drink in

Usually go to the Lawrence one since it’s closer but I’m pleasantly surprised by how quick their service is. esp during lockdown. appreciate that they’re even open. only thing is the long line wraps around the street.

Attempted to preorder on app but there is no way to order decaf ice coffee that I could find and the Baristas could not figure it out either. However coffee was great as always.

Wish they would stay out of politics and would honor our police and servicemen

Today at 4:40 pm I went to get two caramel Frappuccino after they charged me I saw that one of them was with out caramel so I ask the girl, how come one has caramel and the other one doesnt so she said ohhh we dont have more caramel....and inside me i was like but if you know that you dont have caramel why dont you asked me first if I wanted it without caramel or ask me if I want something else instead. But no I just waste my money, if i could i would rate this store a negative 1

Literally the slowest drive-thru Ive ever experienced. Every day, I drive by and see the huge line of cars in the drive-thru and it actually impacts the traffic in that area too. Every. Single. Day. The Main St entrance to the drive-thru causes a backup and encourages people to try and cut off those coming from the Rosemont St entrance. The whole setup of the drive-thru needs to be redone because of the traffic impact, let alone how it seems to slow down the process compared to other local Starbucks

The manager here she’s amazing, me and the wife had an issue with our drink she took her busy time heard us apologize remake them and gave us our next drink on her . Now that’s customer service when they acknowledge the issue the mistake and fix it. That’s why I love coming here. Keep up the good work Haverhill Starbucks

The staff at this location is extremely SLOW.

Two coffees took way too long considering there were only three customers in the whole place with four employees. Coffee was so, so, but still way better than D&D water.

As you can tell I go here at. There refresher are so great.

Amazing service and very nice people

I go here everyday. i usually have no problems but today i got a blueberry oatmeal and the blueberries had mold all over them. it’s not the store fault that they got moldy blueberries but they should check them to make sure they are still good for consumption. other than that one issue, the staff is very kind and always says hello. they don’t let a customer go unnoticed even when using the mobile ordering.

As a former Starbucks Partner, I have especially high standards for every Starbucks I go into, and this location exceeds all expectations! My boyfriend and I frequent, and we love the team that works there because they are super friendly, patient, and they take great pride in the craft beverages they create. I highly recommend this Starbucks! Side note: parking lot is especially awkward, but don’t let that ruin your experience because it’s still a 5 out of 5!

The coffee is excellent. The side items are good. The price is so high I have to take 1.5 stars off to really make a case that too much is too much.

The tea was delicious but I had to sit in line for 18 minutes before my order was taken.

Im giving 3 stars because they messed up my white hot chocolate ...They tried to fix it 3 times and still failed...I have gone there before and they did a wonderful job...But the people that were working this shift, this night did not know what they doing!

This is my favorite Starbucks of them all! The drinks are consistent each time I order, the partners are always in a good mood even during peak periods, and they always go above and beyond to make the experience a great one.

Love this Starbucks. Haverhill is the only location I will visit. Cant say enough about how great everyone here is. I walk in and they greet be by name. This is an exceptional well staffed and well managed group of incredible people.

Good sandwiches, I never had them before and Yesterday was my first time. I have to say they are so good and they taste better with a green tea.

I went there the other day when they were not busy, and had great service and got my coffee quickly. The coffee was delicious. This morning I went again and ordered inside. My order was taken immediately as I was the only person inside. I watched 10 or 15 coffees get made for the drive through and for mobile orders before I started to check my watch. The time came when I realized if I waited any longer, I would be late for work. I paid $5 this morning to be racing to get to work on time, and here I am at work, hungry, thirsty, and frustrated.

Friendly and fast service. This place is always packed and the service keeps up with the pace while maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. Bench seating was replaced recently.

Ordered two lattes here the other day. I mustve told the lady to use soy milk over 5 times (Im lactose intolerant) yet she still managed to mess up the order. She remade it quite nicely though 👌🏻

Good drinks, consistent quality, clean but slow to get the drinks in hand. They are always busy (understandable) but still slower than other Starbucks Ive been to.

Never been a huge Starbucks fan but I will drink their coffee from time to time. The baristas are nice, the service is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant

My wife and I go here very often. Some of the staff are great and know us by name. My biggest issues are disorganization in parking, long waits in line and finally, the ridiculous pot hole a the entrance from 125. Fix the pot hole! You guys make enough money in 10 minutes to repave the entrance, DO IT!

Although the barista who took and made my order was very polite he was also very slow in preparing my older. I was the only person at the counter and I spoke very clearly when placing my order. When my order had arrived it was not what I had asked for while placing my order. I always ask for my beverage to be prepared the same way every time I stop in. I do hope the next time I will have a better experience at this establishment.

Nice clean starbucks. Havent had a bad experience here. A bit busy at times. Close to 495 exit. Easy on and off the highway if thats what your looking for

Great people but so slow Everytime.

I ordered a venti iced coffee and a grande caramel macchiato but only received the Caramel macchiato. When we questioned the woman at the cash register she first told my husband I never ordered his coffee but when I told her I most certainly did she admitted the error. We should at least have gotten his coffee for free since we were standing around for ten minutes waiting. Very unhappy with this store.

Not a big fan of Starbucks coffee, but its nice that they have a variety. Love the iced chai, when they make it right. There are times its too weak.

Drinks are always made well, staff is usually super friendly, and its almost always clean! Would be five stars if they werent always under staffed for the amount of traffic our mall recieves.

Consistently terrible, and thats about the only constant here. Regularly makes coffees wrong, charges for extra espresso shots that are not included in beverages, brings hot drinks instead of iced, literally just had all 3 instructions for 2 drinks messed up its now been 10 minutes sitting at the window. And now theyre asking us to drive up and park somewhere else to cover their own mistake well they bring other customers assumably the wrong orders as well.

A good location, not a lot of parking for the amount of people that like to camp out at Starbucks.Good attitudes from the staff and the bathrooms were clean.
