My favorite place in town for produce. They carry unique produce I have not seen in other stores. Dragon fruit is one I have gotten from them.

Very good variety of veggies, fruits, meats, seafood, organic, and more! Very friendly and helpful staff! We love this store! Plus, dont forget to stop by the deli for a yummy, cool ice cream cone for less than a dollar!!

This place is always clean and they have a great butcher. Fresh meat, fruits and vegetables are the reason we come here. The people at the butcher block are always happy to help if you need a specific cut or have questions. They have helped me with ideas on how to prepare a dish many times. Prices on their dry foods are a little high, so we shop elsewhere for those usually.

Super One is definitely the go-to store for any specialized item you cant find anywhere else in town. They have great selections and if youre looking to make a meat and cheese platter dont look any further. I love that the customer service is always top notch and Im treated like a person not a number. The employees are always very helpful when needed and have great suggestions when I cant make up my mind! Youll have a hard time finding the small town feeling that embodies every individual walking in while still finding an amazing selection of regular items and specialized, with customer service top notch and prices that rival.

Thank you Super 1 Foods for being a Tesla partner in super charging. I always get my beer here before I head back home to Michigan. Great selection and fills up my frunk nicely. Fried chicken extra crispy very nice.Please consider Kalispell Super 1 for charging. I have to stay at a less than stellar hotel just to charge. Would rather shop at your store.

We use the Rosie grocery pickup, Debbie is the best! She is always kind, personable, and she brings my daughter a sticker which makes her day! My order is always done on time and have never had an issue with missing items unless it’s out of stock in the store.

The place is incredibly large and stocked well. The natural non-GMO non-gluten section is quite unique in a place like this. And you got to love that its open 24/7!

HORRIBLE SERVICE We were at the deli department and we waited for 10 MINUTES to be helped then we were told that the coupon that we received in the mail for a 10 piece dark meat chicken would not be out until 10:30 it was 9:45. If you advertise something it should be ready and available for the customers that are present. Then as we were wondering through the store to complete our shopping we stopped at the sour cream/cottage cheese section and most of it was either expired or was going to be within a couple of days. Finally at the checkout there was only 1 lane available besides the express - when we went to hand the cashier the coupons she freaked out because we handed to the right instead of the left side of the plexiglass! Horrible store and completely rude employees! I will be shopping at Winco from now on which we normally do because of the prices but we thought it would be nice to take advantage of the coupons! Never again!

Used to be a good store. Now we Keep getting cashiers that would rather talk to other employees, and not us.Only looking at me to tell me my total, then continue talking with other employees. If your looking for service, Id say hit or miss here

I traveled to my local super1 today (ie THIS super1) because i NEEDED grapes. i had just run out at home you see and was looking to replenish my stock. i walked in the store and immediately felt a sense of foreboding, but i carried on. walked to the grape section and thought “huh looks like a good selection” (bars.) the grapes said they were 3.98 per pound. i knew this was excessive. i thought my total would be 8 dollars, maybe even less. but i grabbed a bag of grapes anyway, hoping for the best. i go to the checkout place and WHAT DID THE LADY SAY THE TOTAL WAS?????? $10.20. WHAT???? FOR A BAG OF GRAPES THATS RIDICULOUS. so i left in great sorrow. and i went to winco. and how much were the grapes there???? $3.11!!!! I SAVED $6.09 THATS INSANE. conclusion: do NOT come here for grapes go to winco instead. you’re welcome.

Better than Walmart

Look, I go in 2pm, 10/26/20 Wearing my mask like I should. Customer in produce no mask whatsoever. Employee comes out of bakery, walks to deli, wearing mask on her chin. As the covid rate in Montana jumps, I want better. What this says is manager doesnt want my business. Cashier says sale starting tomorrow, wants to give me a flyer. No thanks, Tomorrow I will be at another store.

I love this store - good food, reasonable prices, great helpful people. Currently, Im concerned that the employees dont wear masks. Some do. Though there are many other safe guards in place, it was unsettling to me to have a sweet lady bagging my groceries not 3 ft from me, just chatting away with no mask. I think Ill stay away until covid mellows, but thats just me. Otherwise, I just love the store!!

Clean, well stocked, organized, lots of room and space. The prices here are very good if looking at particular sales items . Most of the regular pricing is fairly reasonable and they have the broadest selection of exotic produce and the like, of any store in town.

Since the virus, their shelves are empty. Went in with a shopping list the other day. They were out of rice, which they have been out of for months, Dawn dish soap or any dish soap for that matter, looked for body wash and could only find over $6 for a small bottle of generic body wash! This store has gone downhill slowly for months. You can go to any other store in Helena and you will find rice, flour, sugar, Dawn dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning products, etc., but not Super One. They refuse to stock their shelves and dont seem to give a hoot. Will bite the bullet and force myself to go to Wally World because at least they keep their shelves stocked with EVERYTHING!

I order my groceries online and go pick them up. They were out of one item but substituted it with a similar product.

Great Place for all your groceries needs, great selection in brand named merchandise. The meat department providing fresh beef, poultry, and seafood. A very delightful and impressive fresh fruit and vegetable section. A complete line of health and beauty aids. The newest releases available of movie rentals, a Western Union outlet. The branch of the Trails West Bank offering all your banking needs with a wonderful staff. Add in accessible from Hwy 93, large free parking lot with adequate handicap parking, handicap shopping scooters and best of all the friendly helpful employees.

Went in for two of the 25 cent soft serve cones and left with $100 in groceries.

This store is great, I wish we had one in the Bozeman/Livingston area (I think WinCo is meh). It is about the only grocery store Ive been in that has Walmart type prices. Some of their selections are a bit week in that you dont have 50 choices of everything but that is too be expected. People are helpful, store is clean, no firewood though! Oh and dang, they have Jack Daniels cocktails which I havent seen since GA in the early 2000s!!

Great store but the music has to go. It is loud, distracting, and not enjoyable at all. If I want to go to a Heavy metal venue I will. I just dont want to listen to screeching singers and heavy metal guitar riffs while shopping. All I want to do is get the hell out of there. If the music went away tomorrow is is doubtful anyone would complain.

I enjoyed the service and product easy to find

We did at our with our preschool group and it was great. All of the employees were super friendly letting the kids try some fruits and frosting and touch some shell fish. Prices seemed pretty.

Good variety and prices are decent. Excellent meat department and great deals/specials/sales. Deli staff has improved immensely in the last few months. Other staff have cut me off in aisles with their stocking carts and will not move out of the way for customers. If one cannot reach around the staff to grab an item off of the shelf, then one must skip buying that item as they seriously refuse to move out of the way...even when asked!

If I made a New Years resolution, it would be to go to Super 1 Food more often in 2019! Because of the Rosie app (online grocery service) I had my groceries delivered right to my car! So easy and convenient to order online, and pick up groceries on busy weekdays without having to haul the crew inside. Plus, the staff are prompt and courteous. Highly recommend!

I think super 1 has freshest produce in town. I love the variety of deli and quality of deli. Their prices overall are really good plus they always have sales going on. Plus, their staff is helpful and friendly. I drive across town to shop there.

A wide selection of local and regional foods including a lot of stuff I havent seen elsewhere. Price wise it is in line with a vons or a Safeway. I will be buying meats there then finances permit.

Always a pleasure to shop here. In fact I drive past two other grocery stores to get what I need. Great customer service.

Not a big fan of the layout, but being a new building it is nice and clean with modern shelving. They have some products that arent available elsewhere which is appreciated. Good Place to stop and get the kids an ice cream for 25 cents each.

George and Calvin were an excellent duo on till 7! I always prefer super one over other stores like Albertsons due to the cashier’s speediness.

Today was excellent, which is normal for your store. I have only made two unsatisfactory visits to your store. Both involved a male clerk that is about 60 years old and wears glasses. He is about 5 foot 5 inches tall. The two times I went through his line he refused to honor your add and hot sheet prices. Im sorry I never noticed his name. He is no longer my problem because I will never go through his checkstand again.Super 1, and Costco are the two food stores I frequent with you getting 80% of my business. As a rule I find your selection and prices outstanding. On top of that, you have the best chicken in town.

The older lady with grey hair was very rude when I checked out. Both me and my grandma politely offered to lift the water up however she rudely denied this. She was extremely rude about this.polite offer of service and it’s sad to see how someone could hire someone like her. I believe that she is not fit for this job. Sadly, I requested her name and she denied. Hopefully the staff here can deal with her as she was very rude. PS; to cannot believe how much this effected my grandmas grandson due to his recent diagnosis of panic disorder and had to leave immediately when she was was getting mouthy!!! 👍🏽 This is ridiculous and I hope she can be resolved due to the severity that panic disorder can cause!!!!! He was barely able to leave the house due to this diagnosis. And the first time he does he is rudely attacked by this lady!!

Great location just off I-15 but a little higher priced than Walmart. Good product selection overall. Including a small but good smoked meats selection also at the butcher/fish stand. Very good lineup of quality products in the Organic foods & Health section in the back left of the store. Staff is always welcoming and friendly even late nights since theyre open 24 hours.

Helenas newest supermarket. Great store with wide aisles, super produce and meat. Health food/organic, beer and wine, also with good selections. Clean and well stocked. Friendly knowledgeable service.

Super one is a well stocked grocery store. There meat department has the BEST meat, often wirh great sales. They have good produce, and dairy selections. They have a deli and the greatest price for a ice cream cone- 25 cents. Its a clean store and friendly staff.

I dont always understand the logic of product placement here, but the place is clean, stocked neatly, and the produce department is truly the best in town. The more I shop there, the easier it will become to find things. Besides, they are open 24 hours a day!

I absolutely love all the amazing sales they have. Their salad bar is really good and my daughter lives the 25 cent ice cream cones. Their produce section, deli, and bakery are great too!

This store always has very competitive sales, however normal prices of items not on sale, can be a bit higher then some competition in the area. My favorite part of this store is the ability to get fresh great tasting sushi made right in the store by a third party. Very kind lady that is willing to make it fresh even if there is already some in the shelf.
