I had such a great experience purchasing my first car from Seamless Auto. They were very patient with me as a first time buyer and were kind enough to even leave some room for negotiation on the price of the vehicle. I ended up leaving with a 2018 Toyota RAV4 with 26k miles and they gave me a really fair price on it. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here first because you will not be wasting your time. Dont waste your time here! Deceptive marketing and ridiculous fees. Car advertisement is not including a hypothetical 20% down payment LOL and its our fault we didnt see the disclaimer. And as per their salesman, its ok because the big car manufacturers do it. Give me a break. 30k car came out to 50k after we sat down for numbers. Beware of reconditioning fees and advertisements fees and fake warranties. All which you have to pay taxes on.
This place is definitely sketchy. I inquired about a vehicle they had and it turns out their advertising price is AFTER a 20% discount. Keep that in mind.Also, their advertising mileage is not the same as the car fax. After speaking to one of their sales rep I realized their tricks. All im saying is be very careful purchasing from this company
Spoke over the phone with sales person regarding an online advertisement and confirm availability. I was advised that the car was available on the lot and the advertised price. When I arrived, the car was not on the lot as promised, the price was much higher . The sales person was not available to confirm the price and the manager ( who I recorded ) stubbled on his words, blaming anyone and everything except his his stealing practices. Once I advised him of the recording. He went inside change the website and wanted me to see the changes where there. TOO LATE.
Walter will help you get the best auto loan for you( 5 stars for Walter). The truck I purchased has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it. Took it back to Seemless the first time to fix problem thought it was fixed and it wasnt then took it to Pep boys to fix and it they didnt fix it. Finally had to take it to a Chevy dealership to fix the problem. I havent heard from anyone regarding if will get compensated for something they shouldve fixed.The warranty that was given didnt help anything that was wrong with the problems on truck. I did what I needed to do but will not be back to purchase anything. I have purchased used car before and when something went wrong and I took it back to the owner it got fixed. The problem never got fixed from the first and second time I brought it back but it is all good. Handle your business but you should treat your customers better.
ATTENTION POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS THIS PLACE IS A SCAM: Please read this before you goId like to explain the unethical business practices done at Seamless Auto. They have a disclaimer which states: All advertised pricing reflects a 20% down payment of the fair market value of the vehicle to attain the advertised numberBy saying 20% down payment of fair market value to attain the advertised number, the dealership does not clarify whether or not this payment will go towards a customers payment of the car. And this is done on purpose because IT DOES NOT!If you are confused by what I am saying, Ill give you my situation yesterday as an example. Seamless advertised a Toyota Tacoma for $32,000. And the Carfax fair market value is $40,000. Because of Seamless misleading disclaimer, on top of the $32,000 that I must finance or pay by myself, I needed to pay 20% of $40,000, which is around $8,000. Dont go here if you see an advertisement for a low price since it is just a trap to get you into the dealership. Good luck shopping!
At first I was a little thrown off about the 20%.. I saw the “advertised price” and I guess that was my fault not reading the “fine print”…. I worked with Caress and Walter and they did a WONDERFUL job!!
Great place. Ask for Walter if you want a luxury experience. I just went in to window shop and I was treated like if I just bought a $300k car. Definitely going to buy my next car here very soon.

Being that I am a young driver the process of buying cars couldn’t be much harder but I gotta say from start to finish the staff over at seamless auto in Hempstead are top tier. We were able to agree on a price with no hassle the service is EXTREMELY polite and welcoming. Kelly and Walter will answer your calls and questions no matter what I swear, I called atleast 15 times in the span of 4 days with questions and they were able to calm my young buyer nerves, making everything simple and straight to the point. I walked away a more than happy customer with my ( new to me ) 2018 Infiniti Q60 for a great price with low mileage, thank you again to everyone working here because I couldn’t have wished for a better first experience.

Dishonest, false advertisement, unprofessional, disorganized and deceiving. Car Listed at CarFax for for $9500.00, sticker on car window $15000.00, then they proceed trying to add $2500.00, to the CarFax price, in made-up fees, not TAXES, completely made-up. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

SCAMMER!!! I went there to buy Ford Fusion at price of $13000 and when I sit there, he told me your total is $24000. Dealer Fee was $1500 and asked $3000 for 50000 miles warranty. MAN who takes money for warranty. Dont buy a car from there.
