Love MAC cosmetics, however not this location. Liz is always rude. I would go to a different store from now on.

I read some good reviews online about Mac foundations, and decided to try the brand. I went to the counter and it wasnt long before an associate acknowledged me and told me they would be with me soon, which they were. I told Tanya what I was looking for, and the problems I have had with other foundations, she listened attentively, and recommended one for me that met all of my requirements. She applied some to my cheeks and showed me how to properly apply it, and recommended a brush when I asked. I told her I loved her highlight in her cheek bones, so she showed me what it was and applied blush and the highlight I chose, which I ended up buying.I was really impressed with her demeanor and how pleasant and helpful she was. Shes definitely a good fit for customer service and especially in a field like cosmetics where a lot of people come in like me, unsure and in need of someone confident and pleasant, ready to take them by the hand and help them figure out what they need and how to use it, without being pushy.I left with foundation, a brush and the highlighter, in a good mood, and with a positive impression of the brand. Im really happy with my first Mac purchase, and will be returning to try their other cosmetic offerings.I wanted to mention that their return policy is Not the same as the Dillards one on the back of the receipt. Its 30 days, returnable with packaging and receipt, and the makeup and brushes Can be used.Go and ask for Tanya, shes fantastic and will send you off in a better mood than you came with. 😄

Waited for 20 min for help because was told employee went to get coffee. When he came he was rude like I was interrupting him. I asked for a match up and what other products I would like. He wasnt helpful and ended up giving me the email wrong color for foundation and eyebrows. I came makeup free for correct matchup. I really recommend not wasting time at this location and to go to the store at the fashion mall, they are absolutely amazing. This location in Galleria mall was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Mac store.

I was very upset with my service at MAC, I decided to go in to get matched with a great name brand foundation my friends have told me all good things bout the product. The lady who gave me a consultation, I told her all my problems with other products, Thinking to my self OK finally Im going to get some good foundation unfortunately it didnt go that way.. After she was done matching me and I told her I wanted to purchase the foundation She seem to careless bout what I had said so I said it again but she quickly made her way to another customer who had just walked up. I stood there in shock with money in hand. Left with no foundation as hoped.. Ill will take my money and time elsewhere.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I went in and scheduled my mom to get her makeup done for 10.10.15. So my mom shows up for her appointment and around 45 after she calls me to go over to look at her makeup. It was the worst makeup application I have seen in my life. Her eyeliner was not even, there was no mascara on her eyelashes, her eye shadow was one color, and to make things worse you could see a line her foundation met her hair line and the color was way too light for her skin tone. Everyone one else getting their makeup done was looking decent, but my mom look like a clown with super bright pink cheeks. I told my mom to tell them that she didnt like it, she did and at the end she said they put a little bit of darker eye shadow and lashes. My mom went it excited to get her makeup done and left almost crying. I have never been soo disappointed and angry with a service I have received. They could of done a better job with her makeup since everyone elses was looking decent.

The associates here are all terrible even magment ! Its like do you know how many makeup brands there are out there ! I havr been experiencing the same service in all mac location why are the associates so rude ! If im returning exchanging you should treat me just as when i was purchasing

First time here.....and they are great!!!!Made my wife look beautiful!!!!!
