Smh Ahh WoW What GREAT Customer Service 👎NOT! Being Past Ingles Cashier yrs Ago I Kno thts Not how they Train You & its EXACTLY why I shop @PUBLIX Now bc they Have BEST Customer service & RESPECT .

This was my first job ever. For that reason alone I think my opinion may be biased but its as good a grocery store as any. Just beware, if you dont have an Ingles Advantage card then best borrow one because without it the prices are ridiculous. Thats for all Ingles though. Nothing to do with this location.

Needed wifi after I was done shopping and a cup of coffee, to do school homework. Unfortunately there is no more wifi, which meant there was no more coffee I was gonna buy much less shop there much. There is an Ingles across town that has wifi and coffee.

Am so used to the many diverse markets in SE FL and have a difficult time finding ingredients that are from all over the world. I often drive 17 miles to Trader Joes and Whole Foods in Asheville..to my surprise, Ingles has some interesting finds. Have one not too far away so ahoy with that.

Worker there named Paige Eaton likes to sell people broken stuff and then send her sad husband on them to be intimidating how gross

Dont waste your time coming in Sunday evenings for produce here. Last several weeks we have noticed this and has wasted our time stopping here. Whoever is in charge on Sunday evenings needs to learn how the managers during the week are able to keep things in stock.

Has normally had great things to say about Ingles but this visit was not so. Went to the deli at 6pm and needed a box of chicken. The young man I guess over it said they wasnt going to fry any more even though there was another customer and myself willing to wait. Since I was needing the chicken I went ahead and bought what was in the steam tray. I asked the young lady that served me how long the chicken had been out and she couldnt tell me. I took a chance and had to pay the regular 8 piece price for 5 wings 1 breast and 2 thighs. When I got it to the picnic, it was dried out like jerky. Needless to say, I normally love Ingles chicken but that is the last time I will buy it at that store.

Very different layout from what we have in Kentucky but that is 100% a good thing. The shelves are shorter and it makes it easy to navigate and track down items in the store. Please bring Ingles to Owenbsoro, ky!

The location sucks. One entrance is on a one way road, so you cant exit from there if you need to turn left. Going out the other exit was like a parking lot labyrinth with one exit available unless you know your way around, which we didnt. The store itself was huge, like being in Lowes or Home Depot. Surprisingly, though, the Gatorade shelves were picked clean when we shopped there, so either they lack stockers or someones not keeping inventory too well.

I like this grocery store chain mainly because it started out locally and is growing in popularity.They have everything you could want.The only issue I have is the subs and sandwich shop, etc. Food quality is not all that great. They need to hire a chef to oversee the menu.

Cashier checking someone out who has their mask around their neck and says nothing! Henderson county is STILL at very high risk because of this behavior. Thirteen deaths in last two weeks. Businesses and people are still selfish and lazy.Also no one to help in self service area. Products scattered across store. How many different places is salsa in for instance. Never again. Ill drive the five miles to Harris Teeter even though I live around the corner from this place.

Great place for fresh meat

I shop here multiple times a week and the employees are always super helpful and the store is always well stocked and clean. However, today I forgot my ID in my car which was parked right outside when i was in his line, I got out of line and let him know i needed to leave my cart by his isle for a moment while i grabbed my ID, he immediately had an attitude with me in front of multiple other customers saying well what does that have to do with me? and Im not watching your cart for you if thats what youre asking and laughed at me as i walked out and it ruined my whole day. ☹️

I dont know why anyone shops here. Their prices are double of what things are just across the street at Walmart.

I purchased spoiled shrimp from the meat department. When I took the shrimp back the same day, not only did the young manager lady lack ECE, she failed to inform me of the return policy. In the meat department, there is a sign that states 200 percent satisfaction guaranteed. You get a refund, and the product replaced for free. If your store doesnt want to enforce this policy 100 percent, you may want to change your policy.

This Ingles is very nice. Roomy, easy to distance & everyone wore mask. Fresh produce and had those hard to find idems. Employees were cheerful, polite & helpful.

Stopped to get gas. Priced very low compared to how high every local store and gas station was in the area. Well kept, clean, area to was your windows, they were not of out receipt paper at the pump. Very pleased.

Dirty! Parking lot is loitered with trash. It even stinks inside because its so dirty. I never see anyone cleaning.

I usually go to Walmart, but today decided to shop at Ingles to avoid the big Walmart crowd and Ingles has a better deli selection. I politely asked Alysa in the deli . Will you have anymore fresh chicken soon? Before I could even finish my question, she rudely snapped back and said cant you see I am doing that now. Will be finished in a few minutes. It was the way she said it, very snappy. I am a very short person and could not see that she was getting ready to stock it. These employees at this store need to learn how to talk to their customers or they will lose them to their competition

Managers speak very unkindly to staff. No one reinforces the mask ordinance even though signage states masks required. Poor leadership and community safety measures. Will be shopping curbside at fresh market. No masks kill

The deli served me two containers of spoiled fruit. The taste was horrible and they smelled rancid. I was disgusted and it made me feel sick.Upon receiving a replacement container of new cantaloupe, I started eating through it. One of the pieces had a large bite mark on it and it absolutely was not mine. My experience with the deli was horrible and I hope they fix these issues for further customers.

Never miss an opportunity to shop at Ingles. Probably my favorite place to shop in the area. Much more than just groceries. Well organized, clean, and prices are very competitive. Courteous employees contribute to the overall experience of shopping there. Try it!

No insistence of wearing masks by patrons. Employees wearing them. Seems like a very casual attitude toward this pandamecic, even compared to stores like Walmart who do a much better job. Best beer selection in town.

The last two weeks Ive purchased milk there, Half gallon Laura Lynn skim milk its gone bad by 3-4 days before its last sale date. They refunded it last week but now its happened again and I feel funny about asking for my money back a second consecutive week. I dont understand why this is happening unless somewhere during the process of marketing its getting too warm.
