Friendly greeting. Showed us available units letting us compare sizes. Entire location was very clean and well maintained (looked like it was just built but its really a couple of years old). Prices very competitive (my unit had first month free). Very well pleased with choosing New Shackle Self Storage.

Now have multiple storage units here very helpful, nice, and friendly staff. Highly recommend if you are looking for a storage facility!

Been here less than a month, but the front desk lady was super friendly and the sign up process were painless. It’s a month to month storage, and gated. Clean unit, first month free (still have to pay admin fee of course).

Nice place very clean an well maintained but they need more carts in the main building most times I have to make several trips to get things in or out..

Signing up for a storage space was extremely easy. You can do it all completely online. The facilities are clean and well kept and temperature controlled. And the security is like none other. I highly recommend New Shackle Self Storage!

I came in about a month ago looking for a storage unit. They let me look at one that was available, I wasnt planning on using it until after the 4th of July and they reserved it for me until I was able to use it. Its located not too far from the bypass near Jolly Ollies Pizza. The first months rent is free!

Ive had a storage unit at other locations and they all had hidden fees or prices went up without warning but Ive been at New Shackle Storage for a year now and not only has that NOT happened but the service from the front office agents has been exemplary! Theyre so helpful and will respond to any questions in less than 24 hrs via email which is a great feature. I hope to continue with them for years to come! I highly recommend this place!!!

Been renting a unit here for over a year. Needed another one and looked them up on line, their prices were much lower than what I have been paying. Manager refuses to lower my price to that so now I am moving to a better and cheaper unit in Gallatin. Try iStorage on Belveder.
