I came here just to write that Mr. Bell ( Hendersonville location) was very nice and took care of us quickly and smooth. Very polite. we need more of him!

Havent ever had issues. This is the sixth or seventh truck Ive rented in the past two years. Honestly shouldve left a review long ago, lol. Service can be slower at peak times, but what retail environment isnt facing that challenge? They even make concessions when the truck you reserved is not available. In my book, thats great customer service.

Id give zero if I could. Unwarranted rude attitude from John on 2 separate occasions. TBH idk if thats even his real name. I was told by his coworker but the receipt says Mitchell. Hes the miserable employee that complains about work all day but for some reason still shows up. He really should be removed from the counter.

No issues here. Rented a truck and returned next day. Service went fairly quick. It was actually cheaper than a smaller one we rented the next day, in White House. Sucks for me there, should have just kept it an extra day. Truck was clean. The dolly provided was pretty bad off tho and was horribly loud. That’s the one reason no 5 stars.

We rented a moving truck from Budget/ Avis who called us less than 24 hours before pick up to inform us no truck was available. U-Haul was very professional and beyond helpful. Their rate ended up being below their competitor. Customer service was top notch. Very glad we used this company.

Tried to get prices and she actually hung up on me when I asked to get price on the next day before I gave her all of my personal information. No explanation as to why she wanted my personal information...she just hung up on me. Talk about customer service. Im sure it cost them plenty of business

I rented a van from U-Haul for about 7 weeks, and they were so great about working with me. When I needed a day or two to get more money in the account for them, they really worked with me and they really helped me out. Over the long renting experience, I spoke with 20+ people and they were all helpful. Thank everybody at U-Haul for making my experience better than I imagined!

Best moving and storage option in Hendersonville. The storage is clean, affordable and secure. They install hitches, wiring, transmission coolers and more. They have PODS, trucks, trailers, and moving dollies and supplies. One stop shop for all our moving needs. The sales associates are professional and knowledgable and we will be using them in the future! 5 stars

Went to get a hitch put on my car. The installation was faster than expected, and they asked me questions to make sure I was getting the right equipment. Once it was installed, they made sure I knew how to check the lights, and where the lighting harness was (since it was in the trunk). It was great service. Would go there again.

I contacted Uhaul to get an estimate on a one way trip from Hendersonville NC to Myrtle Beach SC in a 20 ft truck. Uhaul quoted me $650 with taxes and was really pushy to book. I instead called budget truck rental and got a 26 ft truck, one way, 3 days, unlimited miles at $250 with taxes. Uhaul is a rip-off, check with budget, youll save a ton of money.

Ive been here 3 times (3 different vehicle) to have a trailer hitch installed. I live in Clarksville, and I drive all the way here for a trailer hitch.....why? Because these guys do a great job. The quality of their work has been evident over time, and if there ever is a problem, they make it right. Theyre not the most talkative or outwardly friendly, but they do what they say theyre going to do, and they dont waste your time. Thanks!

I moved from New England and used the UHaul box. It was the most affordable option, and they made my move so easy! CT and TN employees were so nice and very helpful. The box arrived early for packing and arrived early to the destination. I would absolutely recommend the UHaul Box for anyone with a long distance move.

I rented a trailer here not long ago. The front desk staff were efficient, but not very friendly. I was returning the trailer the same day, after hours. They told me to just park it right back where I picked it up from. When I came back to return it, around 8 PM, there were trucks blocking the entire area where the trailers were located. Not sure why he told me what he did. So, I just parked the thing right in front of the door, it was the only place I could find to leave it...

Seriously the best moving company ever! They made my move to Hendersonville very efficient and easy. Would recommend them to anyone.

I give this no stars I have done a lot of business at this location and my last visit I will never use them again the staff is rude and no one can find or tell you anything I wouldn’t recommend using this location at all and never have a trailer hitch installed by them they will mess up your wiring in you suv or truck and do nothing about it and they just waste your time and money I will take my business somewhere else from now on spencer, ty and Taylor are very rude and need to be fired and as long as they are there they will never have my business again

This Uhaul is run by some of the laziest people I have ever met. they sold me a hitch for a 2014 Chevy equinox he said assembly would be easy and should only take about 30 min. after two hours of trying one of the bolts broke off in the frame of my vehicle. I called the store and the same guy said sorry man I dont know what to tell you so I went to the store and 4 employees were doing absolutely nothing they all refused to help me in any way. U-haul will never get my buissnes agian. the next day I finally got a call from a manager who told me they would charge me to back one bolt out. any mechanic would charge me the same amount if not less. he really offered me nothing at all but to take more money.

2 people in there, and carrying on conversations with each other, not very customer service friendly. Didnt have what I was looking for, the lady gives me a name of a store that did and I repeated the name, with a where is that. She said yeah, proceeded with her convo. A guy finally comes from behind the counter and points in the general direction.

Totally stole an item I left in the truck.Input my number wrong in their system and then accused me of stealing a vehicle!!! Terrible place. Absolutely no admittance of any wrong doing. Manager is total jerk

Fast service but, rang us up with the wrong fuel level.

Taught me a lot about propane heating. Really helped me out and saved me money without making me feel dumb.

They have bad service. My sister made a reservation for her to have a truck. When she called to make sure everything was going as planned. They told her that the reservation was never made. They were trying to charge my sister extra fees when it wasnt her fault. If I had a choice I wouldnt have given them a star.

HUGE area with lots of equipment and prompt service.

They were nice but not forth coming on the unit being on 3rd floor with no ceiling fans no circulation of air what so ever, so for people with medical problems should not rent there.
