Clean units, and Chad couldn’t have been more helpful getting me set up. He’s always ready to help and answer any questions. I’m very satisfied with the units and the excellent customer service.

Life Storage is all nice while paying to reserve a unit, then sock u with late fees if 1 day late and they dont tell u how u are supposed to opt in or out of auto draft bc they want and only care about $. Im spending some more $ to move my $#!t out of there, Id rather spend little more now, and save $ in future AND DEFINITELY not give LS one more cent. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

Chad, at Life Storage in Hendersonville, is just the best! I have been storing my RV there for about eight months. After discussing my storage needs, Chad assisted me while I was moving the RV to another location within the storage center. He was cheerful, patient, professional, and efficient. I had not anticipated having directional assistance. I appreciated his help so much.Chad saved me so much time and frustration, and he really made my day.

I experienced a mice infestation during my year of storing with LifeStorage on New Shackle in Hendersonville. I spoke with the site manager, and he told me they couldnt do anything except put traps in my unit. I returned several times to get my belongings out of the unit, and never once did they put traps in my unit. The site manager also would not speak to me, the leasor, but my mother because she was older than me. He spoke down to both of us consistently, and fell through on his promise to assist us. I am very unimpressed and would NOT recommend Life Storage to anyone if this is how their policies are.

I would give this facility a 5+ rating if not for the unannounced price hike. We booked our storage locker for about 20 months. After only nine months the monthly fee went up by 9%. I dont know if this was a local or corporate pice hike, but 9% is unreasonable.To be fair to the owners, this facility is extremely well run; they were helpful in every way and it was reassuring as we left our possessions in their care for 20 months. I have nothing but high praise for this location and if not for this price hike, would be extremely confident in recommending them.

I had been desperately trying to find a facility in the Nashville area that offered covered parking for my work trailer. I finally found Life Storage and they had what I needed. The guy I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and professional. I got a call back right after that from the store manager Chad who answered my questions and helped me out a lot. I’ve dealt with a lot of storage facilities and I really recommend this place.

We had an excellent experience at Life Storage (New Shackle-Hendersonville). When I first called about getting a parking space for our boat there was no availability. I was asked if I wanted to go on a waiting list and I said “yes”, but honestly doubted I would hear back as that seemed to be the pattern. A couple of weeks later, I received a call from Chad saying he was following up on my request and a space was available. The next day, my husband and I looked at the space and had it secured within 30 minutes! Chad was super helpful was the rental process was so easy! Nice and friendly people that work hard fore you and your family. Well-kept property all the units are in well working condition. The property is well maintained and always clean. They also are quick in responding to your request trying their best to accommodate you. In all expects. The units and grounds are always kept clean...I have never seen not even 1 piece of trash anywhere on the premises! If you are looking for a great place to store your belongings this is the place! Its clean has climate control units and fantastic service. I moved from Indiana to Hendersonville and found out I needed a second storage unit to fit the rest of what was on the truck. No problem. They made sure within minutes that I had another unit available. When I closed out the one unit they reminded me that you get the use of a free truck or their van. I chose the van it was perfect! The staff out there are all very friendly and knowledgeable! Chad the manager goes above and beyond whats expected. Thank you so much I will recommend you guys to all my friends.
