When I needed a storage until so many others were full and office staff at those units were not so helpful. Your staff was so helpful and friendly. You made me feel secure in my choice.Construction by your facility makes it difficult to access your storage units but that is not your staffs fault. They are always kind.

This is a great place to store your stuff! Dennis is the manager and has been for like 7 or 8 years. He is the nicest, most helpful person and sees to it that the place is kept in near perfect, if not perfect condition. I moved in from out of state and I am so glad that I chose A Self-Storage, and I did it over the phone because of the great comments. I am happy to confirm all of the positive comments.

Great place to store all the stuff from when we moved, had it there two years and never had any issues with anything. I had a climate control unit in the larger size so it added a little cost but that was my choice. Dennis is a great person to work with, always friendly and professional.

I stored my belongings here for a year. Dennis, the manager, is super nice and responsive. It is clean and I had no issues with water or anything. I highly recommend. Everything was handled and communicated in a timely manner with my move in and my move out. Conveneient location to Fletcher, Naples, Mountain Home and Hendersonville, just a hop, skip and a jump off of Hendersonville Road. :)

I used this facility on 2 occasions., renting 2 different sizes. Secure, well lit, 24 hour access, and a friendly staff that is always will to help are just part of the reasons I will use them again should the need arise.

Avoid A Self-Storage Depot if at all possible! The facility is standard-issue, but their customer relations ... are beyond bad. By this I mean: beyond the bounds of legality. And common decency/civility. Worst experience Ive ever had with a storage facility.
