Id rather go out of my way and travel to a different UPS Store location than deals with certain employees who work here. First of all, online information says they open at 6:30 AM. I arrived just prior to 8:30 AM and the store was all locked up and closed. The sign on the outside window said they open at 8 or 8:30 M-F. Well, not so much. There was an additional sign on the door that stated theyd be opening at 9 AM this week. Would be nice if theyd update the online information so customers dont have to waste their time like I did. As I got back in my car and started it, the individual parked next to me who turned out to be an employee just sitting in her car and watching three other customers try the door, doing nothing to explain the delayed hours, unlocked the store door and went in. Very irritating! Like she intentionally watched the rest of us to see how many people would try the door before doing anything about it. Then once inside, they charge you for everything, even just to print out a label (over $2)! I know this isnt the case at every location, which makes me exceptionally dislike this one. Take your business elsewhere!

This is the ideal UPS store. After an employee at the Goodlettsville location was rude and unhelpful, I decided to try this location, and both Eric and Didumo were very friendly and helpful. They were able to help me with a return that required QR codes and other information and made sure that I was connected to their WiFi to complete the process. They took the time to help and offer solutions where the Goodlettsville one did not. I will be going to this location from now on. I dont mind driving a little further for quality service.

My daughter needed to get a document notarized and a passport picture for a college program that she is in. I first went to my bank, and because of COVID-19, They did not have a notary on site but suggested I go to The UPS Store. I was unaware they offered that service. She was able to get her document notarized and get her passport picture all in one FAST and EASY visit!!Eric made the entire experience hassle free and did it all with a GREAT attitude and extreme professionalism! Didumo was also great!This store really is a ONE STOP SHOP!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this UPS Store!!JOB WELL DONE ERIC!!

I was at your store today and the young man and young lady working there were so very sweet and helpful and patient. Both have the type of attitude you dont see often in a public service type job.They were busy, but they treated every customer like they were the ony one in the store.You need to give them a raise based on their care and concern for their customers.I dont remember their names, but let them know that i appreciate all they did to help me.Vivian Smith

Went in to drop off 8ft light that was bought and return ship from amazon. Amazon expressed in writing that ups store would take item. BUT NOT THIS UPS STORE????? I did file complaint with amazon towards this store policy.Narrative ———I was in process of having item scanned and the lady came out of back room making it LOUD AND CLEAR, for everyone in line to hear that if item is over 7 ft long . It cannot be drop off at a ups store.I drove to the Goodlettsville ups store and the owner of that store gladly took the item. Stating he never heard of that . As long as amazon generated the return /boxed correctly It should go thru a ups store. But individual stores and could be a rule.Will never use this ups store again, or will I suggest this store for any returns or business. Use the Goodlettsville store. They are awesome

I needed to send back a package with a pre-paid return label. I stopped into the store because it was the closest UPS Store location. They were fast and when the associate asked about other services I appreciated his the helpful rather than pushy upsell. Will definitely use this location the next time I need to send something.

Super friendly staff! Outstanding customer service! Employees went out of their way to come out to the middle of the parking lot just to help carry packages!! Super awesome that they have 5 notarys on staff! Definitely suggest you visit this store!!!

Love this environment! I enjoy when I forget my mailbox keys the staff drops what theyre doing just to grab my mail!! I also love the notifications I get so I dont have to waste my time or gas if I have no mail!

The UPS Store on Main Street is owned and staffed by very knowledgeable and friendly people. I have personally used several of their products and services such as Christmas cards and return address stamps. I worked with Janna von Kessel and she was very helpful in assisting with my choices. The products I received were high quality and exactly what I wanted. The store itself is bright, well organized, and inviting.

Ran in tonight last minute! The gentleman behind the counter not only helped me with one minute until close but also assisted me with my huge box. Customer Service with a smile and a thank you!! Will always use this store!

Horrible experience. I needed to send a money order on a Friday afternoon to be signed for by the following Tuesday.The lady at the counter said they didnt sell them but if I hurried to Kroger next door and bought one she could get it to the post office for me.I raced to Kroger, gut it and ran back.Her daughter apparently works there too and the daughter was assisting me in filling everything out.The mom (original woman at counter) comes over and tells me I can save a lot of money by ground shipping it UPS instead of having it go USPS.I said, are you sure?She said, Oh yes, shipping it UPS will save you lots of money. Its much less expensive than sending it through the Post Office. I know because we do this all the time. So I say, okay.She tears up the postal service stuff and starts entering the UPS shipment into the computer.She then tells me it is 14 bucks. I said 14 bucks?? That isnt cheaper than the Post Office.She said, Well yes it is because we charge a surcharge for using the post office forms.I said, I get that but I want to know what it costs to send it through the Post Office with your surcharge included.She said, $10. Excuse me???I said, Well then, the Post Office is $4 cheaper, I would rather go that route.She smugly smiles at me and says, Well now there is no time to do it over, because I need to leave for the post office right now.. so if we do that your shipment wont go out till Monday and it might not get there in time.I was ticked but had no choice but to pay the more expensive option which she knew was more expensive when she lied and approached me to send it UPS instead and save money.AND she didnt even leave right away for the post office. She stood around helping her daughter finish up my order and collect my $14.I will never ever ever go back there and will be sure to tell everyone I know that Pony Mailbox is right down the road and their employees actually provide good customer service.
