Beware of this company as I have been a LONG STANDING customer until now.After you order..you status says SHIPPED..this is not true. They haven’t even picked the order yet..and actual shipping can be three days out. I asked why it says shipped ..and I was told that’s the way it is.I understand the labor shortage and all..but let’s be honest here. Change your format and response.So disappointed in this place.

I use their crinkle wrap and the product is great. However, the colors vary Wildly from what is represented on the website. When I tried to return a box and purchase another they said I have to pay for shipping again on BOTH the new box AND the RETURN! I expressed how disappointing that was and their was no effort to alleviate my concern. As a small business those shipping costs hurt! Just be careful when picking a color and don’t expect help if it’s not right.**UPDATE: After our next convo, after taking a pic and sending it to the person we were working with, she agreed and sent us a new box and told us we could either just recycle the other box or gift it out to someone who could use it. Very willing to help when she realized the large discrepancy! Sounds like it was a bit of a fluke.

Recently ordered from Nashville Wraps for the first time. Everything I ordered was of excellent quality and was shipped incredibly fast. I hadnt ordered enough of one item so I had to reorder. I needed the items in 48 hours for 156 gift baskets. I was nervous that I wouldnt get the product in tiem, but I did!! Nashville Wraps saved the day!! My first order of bags were of subpar quality due to the manufacturers being so slammed right now due to COVID. However, that wasn’t the fault of Nashville Wraps which I understood.Upon finding out the bags weren’t good, the rep at Nashville Wraps offered to have the bags reprinted and also upgrade the bags free of charge. WHOA! That’s customer service. These bags are so high quality and my logo looks amazing on it. So amazing, in fact, they decided to use it on their website! A+

Beautiful presentation boxes, they can be used to store precious keepsakes. I was trying something new at my business and I called their customer service team for advice on packaging. I wish I knew why this company doesnt allow business pickups. I live within 20 minutes of the actual company and I have to pay for a shipping and handling charge of $12.50. I not new to the cost of things but as a small business owner I think this is ridiculous especially since I live so close to Nashville Wraps. I just placed my first order which I will be canceling immediately.

I have been ordering from another supplier for a long time with absolutely no issues, however I needed a bag that was a particular size that was not available through this vendor. I will say that the shipping was quick through Nashville Wraps but my bags were all bent, creased and wrinkled. I have never received bags in this condition. I called and their response was that it was due to the weight of the bags and I could still use them.. The worst bags were on top so I dont know what weight that would be. This is an absolutely ridiculous explanation. I have ordered much larger bags that were perfectly straight and crisp. I will not be using them or recommending them in the future!
