Easily the best tire replacement experience I’ve had. David took good care of me, he was transparent about pricing and even gave me an excellent deal! Ordering the tire was straightforward it took literally 5 minutes. It was delivered at the shop the next morning and I was in/out within a half hour. Everyone was very professional. I will without a doubt come back, and will highly recommend them to all my neighbors.

American Depot is the best! They are friendly, fast, helpful and reasonable! They are eager to help and they explain everything you need to know on the repair! They give suggestions as to what is needed in the future like tires, brakes, etc. They are honest, dependable, and informative! I wouldn’t take my car any place else. We were traveling through California when we felt we may have needed to purchase four new tires, but thanks to the knowledgeable worker Jose we did not need to. I originally bought all 4 tires from the Santa Monica location a few years ago. I hit something in the road yesterday and needed to be towed to American Tire in Hermosa. David and Robert were excellent. They had my information ready. I had my new tire put on in less than an hour. Great customer service and they honor their warranty. Would highly recommend!

Brought my 2016 mustang gt in because I thought there was a problem with the brakes so I was going to get the brakes fixed and a few other small services but turned out it was the control arms. It was near the end of the day so after they gave me a quote (which was reasonable compared to my quick online search) he ordered the parts and Bing bang boom had the car back the next day (they stored my car inside the shop after close). Ive been to this location several times over the years and they always provide me with great service!

We have been bringing our cars here for many many years. It turned out I needed new tires, boy how time fly’s! I spoke to Ric the manager and he was amazing. He found the best tires that had to be ordered for my car and kept me within my budget. Scott helped me when the tires arrived, constantly keeping me up to date throughout the process on anything the mechanic noticed. I came in for a flat they said they would fix it in less than an hour and they did and get this, since we have done business here prior they did not charge me to fix the tire. Everyone here is super nice and would highly recommend anyone in the Southbay to come here for tires.

I made enough calls to know what the going rate was. This was the mist fair deal i found. The service was quick for me as well. Dropped the car at noon and had it back by 3. I’ll go back for sure.

The manager was great. I got a killer deal on tires that I picked on their site. I wanted to buy from a local independent tire shop. One didn’t get back to me after several days, and the other two were higher. One suggested that the tires might be old. I called the day before, and the manager said he would make sure I received fresh tires, and that they don’t sell old tires. The DOT code showed them to be manufactured a couple of months ago. He also gave me a great deal on a warranty, which I had already planned to decline. With the pricing I received, it was a no brainer. Btw, did you know Uniroyal is made by Michelin? Who knew!

The guys here are great to work with. I’ve brought 4 different cars here for tires and alignment and I’ve also had them replace the struts, power steering parts and hoses, filters, seems like you name it, they’ve replaced it in my 2005 Honda Odyssey Touring which is still running like a top after over 150,000 miles thanks to American Tire Depot! They will match prices on tires and are very easy to work with. I highly recommend the Hermosa Beach office!

This place is amazing! I don’t know much about cars but when my car had a issue and was making noise I took it them right way and they not only fixed it but also showed me and explained where and why the noise was coming from my car! Front desk staff was polite and courteous. The place was super clean and everyone maintained 6ft distance and wore masks.

Ive been working with the manager Jose there for many years. He knows his stuff and my car is always fixed correctly when I leave. This is my go-to place for mechanic work. I drive all the way from Gardena here because theyre reliable. Its nothing like going to a place to get your car fixed and you feel like you could trust them to give you a correct diagnosis with a fair price.

Ive taken my car and trucks here for past eight years. They are great at what they do and Ive yet to have any issue or questioned any of their work. Always willing to price match and go the extra mile to help out the customer. The staff has changed, including management, but that not affected quality nor price. Happy to go out of my way to get an oil change, tire rotation, and have them spot any issues before those leave me stranded on a side of the road.

I just discovered they sold me a 4 year old tire as new. Installation took hours (really). AND THEY INSTALLED THE TIRE BACKWARDS.I just replaced the tire and found out all of the above. The tire was in bad shape (perhaps because it was installed backwards).

We were visiting family and got a flat tire. Rick and his team took great care of us! They replaced the tires quickly, and ordered a replacement spare that they put on the next day. When I returned to have the spare put on my car they had me out of there in five minutes. Incredible service, nice people - exactly the right place to take your car for tires etc.

Called in the morning to make an appt for same day at noon. They were super accommodating, friendly and helpful. I was able to take my car in during lunchtime, was in and out in Time to get back to work. Thank you Jose and team!

They installed defective after market parts to the WRONG AXEL, lied to me about more repairs I needed (verified the parts in question were just fine with a second opinion at a reliable auto service dealership). American Tire Depot also stole my money after Ro, the corporate regional manager (whatever that means) promised me SIX times over the span of two years that theyd issue a refund (have not seen that yet). Ro also blocked my number like a coward . Do not believe a word he says. Go somewhere else. This place is dishonest and lacks any sense of business ethics. Id give them zero stars if it was possible.

Upon arriving in Hermosa beach I noticed one of my tires had developed cracks in the sidewall. Having driven from Arizona to California for a little beach outing, trying to drive back to Arizona on a cracked sidewall in 110+ degree heat sounded like a recipe for disaster.Enter in American Tire... They took care of me same day and got me on a set of great tires at a price that was super reasonable.In short, highly recommend them!

Frankie was extremely helpful. I called two hours before I actually scheduled my appointment to see if they have in stock the tires I’m looking for. He told me that he had it in stock and gave me the 3+1 discount. I was extremely pleased with the service. The reason I’m just giving 4 stars is that there’s a labor charge. Some American Tire Depot doesn’t charge this. But hey, each is entitled to their own business. Overall, excellent service.

This is the most honest and reasonably priced mechanic shop in the South Bay. Don’t think this is only a tire shop - they do it all and they do it really well. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve referred them to plenty of friends. Highly recommended!

Ordered my special tires around 3pm on a thursday. Told me theyd call me around 10 the next day and thats what they did. Installed in less than 30 minutes. GREAT crew, great service!

I had a screw in my tire and a flat spare, I believe his name is Jose (square glasses), he hooked me up with professional and courteous service, recommended th best way to tie up my tire problems, I gave him my trust and I was very satisfied.. I was in and out without a hassle.

My first time at American Tire Depot was a good experience all around. I felt very taken care of. I was given needed information to properly take care of my 2010 Toyota Prius. New tires, and an alignment were needed. I was very pleased to know that I also needed a cabin air filter, which had probably never been changed out! Never knew I had one! Now, my air conditioner is working is working fabulously because of the new filter. Because I was not “pressured”, and because I was only “informed” about work that is needed, I will be returning tomorrow for new brakes, and at a later time for shocks and struts. I didn’t just get new tires, etc! What I got was great service at a great price. I left feeling taken care of, instead of feeling sold. Vehicle maintenance is inevitable. Fast service, friendly and helpful staff. Got a punctured tire a couple weeks ago. So glad I had warranty on the tires when I got them here. Just had to pay installation fee. Got it replaced in 10 minutes after they found the tire from another location.
