I have a 2012 LS460. I called them up for the price of oil change. They told me 125$ on the phone . When I got there the price changed to 150$. I didnt trip cus I really needed one . When I came to pick up my car, they gave me a list of bunch of things that were wrong with my car and prices to fix this problems. Mind you I had just bought this car from a dealership like 3 months prior and everything was well maintained and checked. Lexology told me I needed a transmission flush,, new tires, front lower control arm bushing, turn up. The prices they gave me were crazy especially for the bushing of the control arms. They told me I could only get it from lexus so parts and labor would be 1900$. Mind you I called lexus myself and they told me the entire control arm including the bushing cost 400$. I took my car to my regular mechanic who was sick and wasnt available at the time I went to lexology, he checked my car and told me my transmission fluid was good, my tires were still good, I didnt need any turn up anytime soon and one of my front lower control arm bushing was a little torn but I shouldnt worry for 20000miles more. Lexology is too pricy and deceiving .That was my experience. I hate when people try to take advantage of me. Im driving a new car doesnt mean Im stupid or rich. Always get second opinion people. Lexology might be for you but Im not going back.

I would not dream of having my 2010 Camry hybrid serviced by anyone other than Lexology Auto Care. They have performed all of my service since 2011. The work has always been excellent and their prices very reasonable. Everyone who works there is friendly and courteous. Their new facility has a great waiting room with every convenience one could wish for.

I just took my 2001 IS 300 in for service. Mike was extremely accommodating and informative. He brought the car up to show me what needed to be done to the shocks and opened up the hood and explained all the work that needed to be done. The pricing on the work that was done (intermedidate service and brakes) as well as all future work that my car needs was extremely reasonable. Much better than the dealer and Elite Motors in Hawthorne. They dont use any after-market parts. I brought my car in around 11 am and it was done by 5 pm.They get an A+ for transparency and customer service.

Not impressed. Was told I needed brakes after 40,000 miles, followed up with the dealership and was told my brakes were fine. Went to Lexology for only an oil change. Won’t be going back.

Our 10 year old Toyota 4runner was having issues that our other mechanic could not resolve. Lexology was able to get the vehicle fixed on their first try and they were very professional. I no longer go to the Toyota dealership as they have tried to rip me off too many times. The next time I need a repair or maintenance I will be going to Lexology.

The biggest reason for my going back are the people! The service is always spot-on, but the people there are always helpful and take the time to explain things to you!

Thats why you should take your lexus to lexus dealer. I always take my lexus to a dealer because they are professionals. Today I made a huge mistake and brought my car here. Very bad customer service, very unprofessional. They guy who introduce himself to me as a manager had no idea about management and customer service. I got really disappointed and left the place immediately. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Just go to actual dealer but you will definitely have a much better costumer service.

I came across this shop when was searching for an alternative to Lexus Santa Monica. I had to change my breaks and got a ridiculous quote from the dealership. Luckily I got Lexologys advertising a few days prior so I gave them a call. I spoke to the owner, Michael, and he quoted me half of what the dealership did. So I went to check them out. I liked what Ive seen (the shop and the people) so he got my business. I was back a few months later to do my 30K service. And again I was quoted a 40% discount over the dealership. The service was quick, painless and my car was washed afterwards (not necessary in my opinion, but very nice of them nevertheless. I had used them a few more times for small things - reconfigure GPS and side mirrors.But what really made me to take an effort and write this review is the last visit to Lexology - you know how hard it is to find a mechanic who will not take you to the cleaners? Ive found one - Michael. So Ive started hearing some noise coming out from a rear of my SC430 and took it to him. He spent about 30 minutes with it and instead of making me pay for struts and other probable causes he resolved it by greasing some joints. There was no charge and I drove out knowing that he will only make necessary repairs!I use these guys for my Toyota and Lexus cars and recommend Michael and Lexology to others.Michael - thank you for your high class work and I hope your business will continue to flourish.Jake
