My vehicle took way longer than it actually should have by a week and a half. Did not get all of the damage fixed. When noticed thought it would be OK and it wasn’t. Missing hardware on panels that they have taken off that I will need to purchase to put back on correctly. But the damage that I had gotten done by them was done very well and looks really good. But I definitely would not recommend them if you are in need of your vehicle done in a timely manner.
I am so excited about the work Hendrick Collision did on my car. Every step of the way, they were in contact with me through text messages and phone calls. I did not have to hound them about the work. They let me know what and when and we’re thorough in their explanations to me. The work was A1 and my car looked brand new. I’m very glad that I was able to get my repairs completed here. Hopefully I won’t have anymore needs for body repair but if I do, I will bring my car here to Hendrick Collision.
In July, a deer jumped an embankment and flew into our car, damaged our headlight, hood area, grill, and side (near passenger door) near Newland, NC. Our insurance company, Progressive, sent us to Hendricks. Although the services were delayed a bit (because Hendricks was very timely) the slowdowns were from backordered/unavailable parts and having to tow the car to Audi Charlotte to get calibrated. Hendricks did what they could to get the job done. Also, the ease of renting a car at Enterprise next door was great. What really stood out was the professionalism of Jackie (at the front desk) and the constant communication from Natalie, who went above and beyond to take care of EVERYTHING. Three weeks later we got our car-- perfect and beautiful. In the future, if we need any repairs, we wouldnt hesitate to return to Hendricks. Thank you!

After having my car repaired here from a wreck (that was no fault of my own.) The paint came off a year later. But it was a factory issue with the pre-primered bumper that caused the paint not to stick. They fixed it because they guarantee their work. And it came back clean and fabulous. Like the first day I bought it. Very happy with the results.

I HIGHLY recommend Hendricks for any collision repair you may need. Unfortunately, this was the second time I needed their services (was not my fault). The repair was supposed to be about a days effort for my Lexus RX350. It wasnt and Natalie kept me informed every step of the way. They are very professional, polite, on time, make you feel at home, that they care. They worked hand in hand with my insurance company. I hope I dont need to go there again. But, their work is the best.

I recently had body work done on my 2020 Kia Soul. Hendricks was given as a choice by our insurance (Nationwide) company, and I choose them due to their excellent name in the community, although I had never had need of their services.The customer service we received was EXCELLENT, from the lady who handled paperwork when I picked up my car, to the service manager (Don Wyatt). The body work done was perfect, as was the servicing necessary due to a collision. I was kept aware of every aspect of the work being done by text.We are very pleased with the results, and will certainly recommend Hendrixs in the future!

I have my car being choose to fix by insurance company .when my car my side mirror in fine condition and after the fix and amost finish and they turn out tell my my side mirror not working and before they they run test If something like this happen they would let insurance know but not, they wait until the end when the car almost finished to let me know that The issue . And I will not take any responsibility wow what is Unprofessional jobs they were doing . And Now every time I need to adjust my mirror Side I have to do it by hand wow so unprofessional job . Don’t recommend this place . Save your money and time
I took two vehicles to this particular collision center. This was an out of pocket fix with no insurance involved. One vehicle was fixed but had to be returned for adjustments due to tail lights and the trunk lid being out of alignment, pretty simple. The second I was talked out of getting a new rear bumper because the current bumper could be fixed. After picking up the second car there was still a crease in the bumper and a spot that was very dull on the paint along with the clips missing allowing the bumper to be pulled away from the car. There was also a divot spot in the paint. I took it back to be fixed. After a couple of clips that the tech “didn’t know went on there” or some weird explanation that was fixed. The spot that was dull was buffed out easy enough. The crease and divot in the bumper was due to “previous work being done to the bumper”. Apparently what I had was what I was going to get. At no point was I contacted about how shoddy it would look, did look, or even given a choice of buying a new bumper which is what I had asked for in the first place only to be talked out of it because they were so sure it could and would be fixed. After stating how unhappy I was with the work I was told they could put a new bumper on as long as I paid the difference. So two cars fixed. Two cars had to be taken back for fixes. One car is a clear representation of their work. While I was offered a new bumper if I paid the difference, I told them I would be a fool to give them any more money at this point. This business has been the most inconvenient and disappointing repair I’ve ever had to deal with...and this was out of pocket paying. If you take your vehicle here, you’ve been warned.

I went with PRE APPROVAL THRU Navy Federal Credit Union. Once they got on the phone with sales manager using NADA and the VIN, These people were trying to UP the price of a USED HONDA BY 6K!!!Yet again, taking advantage of a female trying to purchase a car. FINANCING wasnt the problem. The MARK UP was! Navy Federal called the sales manager OUT on what he was doing and the manager said, Yes you have a good day!And to think, I drove 2.5 HOURS for this business to PROFIT 6k OFF ME & MY SON!!!TALK TO YOUR BANKS PEOPLE, KNOW WHAT NADA IS AND WHAT THE VALUE OF YOUR TRADE IN IS WORTH BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH DEALERSHIPS!!

Vehicle was dropped off and they didn’t start working on it till 2 weeks after the drop off 2 more weeks to get it repaired and they offer notifications on how the repair will be going, did not got any, had to call to ask when car was ready, or what was going on. insurance told me to take it here

Very unhappy, I took my truck there because of being recommended by my insurance company after a bad storm came thru and they constantly keep pushing back the finish date which has happened at least 7 or 8 times now then I finally got my truck back afyer a month and a half and the work was done poorly and there were spots that had no paint at all and damages that didnt get repaired the truck was cover in dried over spray now were playing games agin on when I can get it back was only supposed to be 2 ta 3 days and its been almost 2 weeks.

My truck is my pride and joy, so when a downed tree limb caused serious damage to the front end I was devastated. A co-worker recommended Hendrick and let me tell you, these folks to GREAT work. Took my wifes Murano in for damage repair and was giving A++ service. The staff were very friendly, professional, thankful for our business and kept us up to date on every aspect of the work. The repairs were done ahead of schedule and the vehicle looks brand new again. Best experience with a collision center/body shop I have ever had in my 50 years on this earth.
My wife had her car totaled they took the bumper off to see the damage. We decided to retain the car from the insurance company and when i got the car the bumper was off and i was told to place it in the car with me! Instead of putting it back on the car line it was when they get it! So now i have to put itty back on really dont feel like it should be my job to do so!
I dont know that i should even give it three. Very upset that my car sent in spotless, came out with a quarter of an inch of dust on it, Knicks in the paint of the drivers side door, clear coat has been messed up on drivers side door as well but the communication with Mr. Don was spot on but thre tech that was repairing my car, forgot to fix the passengers side mirror so it had to stay another day.

I do not feel as though I had a bad experience but....Maybe there should be a way the customer can see progress (like a tracker) because even if a person has insurance and a deductible etc. the price increasing and the estimated time increasing effects the customer at the end of the day in regards to insurance, premiums increasing due to claims, factoring in if said customer has to have a rental and so on.I just wanted to be kept in the loop and that did not happen. I finally had to call on the day they projected that they would be finished (the longest game of phone tag). I just feel as soon as price and estimated time increases the customer should be informed. I did not feel as though I was a priority.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. They took a month to finally get the job that was supposed to take 8 days done acceptably well. To start with they called and said my vehicle was ready so I went to pick it up. 3 of the 4 body panels that had damage on them when I took it still had damage and the car looked like someone had painted it with a spray can. They agreed to start over without much hesitation when I spoke to them about it. Another week goes by and they call and say it’s ready again. This time the paint job is better but not good, BUT There’s still dents on the fender and the door. Noah, the general manager, was very dismissive and confrontational about the fact that there was still damage that they had painted over and reassembled twice. They change their mind about the door and put a skin on it and finally fix the dents on the fender and paint it a third time. So now my car has been taken apart, painted, and reassembled several times for one job. The paint doesn’t match well, there is overspray in the door jams and the paint job was just marginally acceptable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
Sounds like a great place to go if you can ever have somebody look at your car. I stopped in and waited for 30 minutes on my first visit so I just made an appointment for the next day since I could no longer wait. The next day I get there at the time of my appointment and after waiting for 40 minutes I still had yet to have anybody look at my car. After I left I received no follow up phone call even though I had left my number on both visits.

Brought my vehicle to this shop. After a month, I got my car back. The vehicle started to turn it self off while driving down the road. The air bag warning light stayed on as well. The front right blinker assembly was loose and the bulb was blown. When I returned with the vehicle, I was told that we had to take it to the dealership. We were told that Hendrick couldnt fix it. They did NOT honor their one year guarantee and all repairs from there were out of my pocket for their failure. My car had none of those issues before Hendrick had it for a month. I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
They repaired my wifes 2017 hybrid. The staff was caring and easy to work with. The car was repaired and looks like it did before the accident. I can say this is a great place to have you car repaired.
Don took care of my car from start to finish, wasnt happy with the hood that was allowed through my insurance so he made sure i got a factory hood. I didnt have to deal with the insurance company at all after i called in my claim. Would use these guys again for sure if needed.
If I could give this ZERO stars I would. For starters, they called and told me my car was done. I went to pick it up and it still had body damage on 3 of the 4 panels that were supposed to be repaired and a paint job that looked like someone took a Wagner house painter to it. (That means TERRIBLE!) they worked on the car again, it still had body damage on 2 of the 4 panels (hey, half counts for something right???) and another bad paint job. This time the manager (Noah) wanted to argue with me that he didnt see the dents in the door and the fender and didnt see why I was unhappy with the dull not matching paint job. I called corporate who asked that I let them try third time at fixing some small dents and repainting. This time they fixed the car marginally acceptable. If it had been any color except for white it would have still looked bad. There is overspray in between the doors and fenders, the paint doesnt match, the bodywork isnt great and my car had to get taken apart and put back together 3 times to get something that was marginal out the door. You cannot assemble a car with that much damage and that many issues with it without seeing it and if any of the managers did not see it either, they arent doing their job. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING HERE!!! ALSO CHECK THE REVIEWS ON MOBILE AS IT SHOWS MANY WORSE REVIEWS!!!

Took my vehicle by here to get an estimate on scratches that were pretty deep. They came outside without having to wait. The guy looks at it without saying much and walks back in. He returns with a buffer and a few chemicals and 10 minutes later it looks like it never happened. Didnt charge me anything. Will definitely have my business in the future!
The absolute worst service I have ever had.. I took my 2017 Honda Accord in to be fixed the first time they kept it almost to weeks.. we got the car back with dings left in the door from bad body work.. we took it back and after a week and a half still the same dings.. I called to speak to the manager .. he was very rude and now we have to take it back for the third time.. do not use these people.. we let the Hendrix name fool us.. this is in no Association with the Hendrix car dealerships!!!!!
These people are crooks. They disassembled my vehicle for a GEICO claims adjuster and tried to charge me for the labor involved. The vehicle was stored outside in the weather disassembled for weeks which resulted in pollen and debris inside the car. They drained engine coolant and AC refrigerant from the vehicle and left it out. The vehicle was held by them for six weeks and no repairs were ever done. I thought I was going to have to take legal action to get my vehicle back. Avoid this company like the plague. Leave a vehicle with them and you will regret it.
Lee Killian came to our rescue when we recently needed to purchase a van. We located one on the internet listed at Hendrick in Hickory NC. We went to Hendrick Cars thinking it was there, it was however at Hendrick Honda down the road. Instead of telling us to go there to buy, Lee went to Hendrick Honda picked the vehicle up and brought it back for us to see. We bought the vehicle and the entire process was great. Lee handled everything, including the trade in of my Taurus. I must also send a shout out to Deanna Killian as she completed all of our title work and other necessary documents in a smooth and efficient manner. I will tell everybody I know that needs a car to see to go see Lee Killian. Thanks Lee Killian and Deanna Killian for a great experience.

Don and the guys are amazing. This was my first situation having to have body work done to my car. My husband fought it against a light post and the post won....I was nervous not knowing what to expect as far as the process of having it fixed and repaired like new. They partnered with enterprise and Geico and got everything done. You cant even tell where I had damage and they took the extra step of having it shined and out front when I got there. I am very pleased with the customer service I received and the result of my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bad experienceTook my Honda Odyssey 2016 for body work( passenger side door and sliding door). When I took my Honda they were great talking sweet and once job is completed (half ass job) I was called to pick my Honda Odyssey. So I went there and Check the car out but I see the key sign on display was lit up I told the man (?) don’t want to mention the name listen the key sign is on and it wasn’t there when I drop my vehicle there he said it may be your key battery so I changed it and it still was there. So I took the appointment to have my Honda check again and when I got there it was a surprised.the person I was dealing with didn’t even have a time to talk to me I try to explain listen the sign was not there when I drop my vehicle there but he didn’t listen to me.So I went to Honda showroom in hickory and have them check in to it and what they have found was ridiculous.Hendrick Honda collision center have left something unplug that made the sign came on.Thanks for this.
I hate the car buying experience! Not anymore!! Hendrickcars has some great employees that are very informative and easy to work with. It was a one of a kind experience. They were not pushy at all. I was amazed at how well this whole transaction went, and how easy it was. I hadnt planned on buying a car that day, but after the test drive, I got a fair appraisal, talked it over with my husband and together we said YES! Door repair was not flush. Splash moldings were different colors. Glove box looks tampered with. Missing a piece of rear door handle. I would not send my car here without video cameras monitoring the work being done. Untrustworthy.

Brought my car in for service, after trying to weasel money out of us saying that the car was in dangerous condition and needed brakes immediately, got a second opinion saying that the breaks were fine. They also forgot to put the oil cap back on, there was oil all over inside the hood, plus a burning oil smell for a few days. Im glad we found it before any serious damage was done.

Took my BMW in for a minor repair to the front hood and bumper, but when it was returned to me, they had broken the headlights adaptive feature and are now refusing to fix the headlights. I pointed this out immediately when leaving the shop. They said they would fix it when I brought the car back in a few days for a buffing. They took it somewhere other than BMW and had the faults cleared out of the system so I could not see the fault, but the lights still do not function. The cost to repair the headlights adaptive feature is close to $500, for 1 light. My vehicle was working perfectly fine without any adaptive headlight faults when I took it to them. Even after I took it to a certified BMW repair shop and they diagnosed the faults and clearing of the computer, the manager, Jeff, still refused to correct the issue stating...You need to prove we broke it before we will repair it. How unprofessional can one be...it was working fine when I dropped it off, I pointed out the fault at pickup, they cleared the fault, and now they say, it wasnt them that broke it??? Very Poor Customer service and they take NO responsibility for their actions.

Was concerned at first when my insurance company is on lot, as to whos interest and neess would be met. In the end the shop seen the insurance company gieco do dirty and change things previously agreed on. They went out of their way to absorb some of the extras, surprised me.

The estimator i got was terrible! looked and acted like an elitist with a huge ego around me, Eric T, and he tried also to impede my integrity, as he asked me if these dings and scratches were a part of what i was claiming on my insurance, or was most of it just wear and tear???? then proceeded to write 2 different estimates for my insurance company as if he thought my damage was manufactured for the claim! little did he know i already had an estimate previously in the summer by the same location that does not match either of the ones this fella just did! i cannot in my right mind recommend this location to anyone! i dont know if Mr Hendrick himself knows how this location is doing things, but from what i know of him, he would not be pleased with this location!

I contacted them in regards to a Corvette Convertible on 08/30/14. Unless you want to pay what they sell their cars at, do not go to them. They are OVER priced by $$$$. And just think, I had $15,000 to use towards the transaction. It was NOT their lucky day. I shopped elsewhere and saved $$$$.
My salesman was Aaron Shade. I am 62 yrs old so when it comes to buying cars for me it is a matter of trust. Purchasing two cars from Aaron a Honda Civic and I now a Honda CRV, that trust has been completely personified. My car is currently being worked and was previously fixed by them. Great service from everyone that I have met.
I took my BMW here when I got into an accident. After 32 days of repairing the bumper and condensor, my car is in the worst shape possible. Check engine is on. Car vibrates, rides horrible, sounds horrible, and scratches on the bumper. They told me that there was nothing they could do. I tried explaining that the car was not like this when I dropped it off, and the guy even agreed with me, yet nothing was done. Stay clear of this place. The guy tried scamming me from jumpstreet with additional repairs. I will be contacting a lawyer to have this mess fixed to pre-loss conditions.
If you want to get talked down to, lied to, treated badly, and talked to like your the dumbest person in the world. Well then this is the place for you, the guys name is Eric. He will disrespect you to the ends of the earth. Then when you finally snap back at him and tell him why your snapping back at him he threatens to not do your work anymore and get his manager involved. DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible place. After talking to other people and calling around different shops, this guy by the name of Eric has a reputation for treating multiple people like that.
We dealt with Lee Killian at Hickory. We spoke with him early in the week to get a vehicle transferred to Hickory from Concord. After multiple calls to confirm we were going to actually show up, we assured him we would be there as we would be driving over from Asheville to see it.We arrived Saturday afternoon as promised and the vehicle was not there. Lee found out that morning the vehicle would not be arriving but as he stated he got busyand didnt call us. He couldnt spend 2 minutes of his time to call us so we would not waste a trip to Hickory. He couldnt even have a secretary there make the call for him. He wasted our time by having us drive there to see nothing. Apparently making a sale is not important to Hendrick Auto Hickory or to Lee Killian.
