I had an agreement to purchase a camper subject to an inspection as I am out of state and could not see it myself immediately. I purchased a third party RV inspection and heard nothing from the dealer until I received a notice from the inspection service saying the camper had been sold. As this was news to me I contacted the dealer and talked to the owner and he told me basically that even though I had a deal they went ahead and sold it to someone else in person and they will not take deposits or hold vehicles for anyone. None of this was communicated to me at any time previously or I would not have wasted my time or money on this camper. They do not keep their word and have no integrity or customer service. Especially for out of state buyers, BUYER BEWARE.

Got a 2007 Dodge Ram a week ago. The truck has shut down three times on its own, the oil had a milky color, they replaced the lifters and charged us for the repairs! Now the truck wont go over 40mph and all that Ben can say is cant have your money back we will have a look at the truck. Seriously!!? Took my plate and Leaving the truck. They can have a look at my lawyer.

Tried to buy a car here and they acted like they didnt want to sell me a car prices are way to high. The vehicle I wanted had 230k miles on it and they wanted 9k for it and it was an 08 and when we talked about down payment they kept going up on it. I would not recommend this place

Bought a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. Paid WAY TOO much 2000 down and 350 a month, total 11k. and engine light came on on the home. In 480 toward the first repairs bill, which was nice, but the truck was constantly breaking down. I’m a single mom and have to get to work... I had the truck almost 2 months and it was only running a week. I couldn’t pay payment on a truck that needed complete rebuild and hillside refused to roll my 2000 down payment into another vehicle so I could have a reliable ride and they couldn’t keep my business. I arranged to voluntarily give truck back because couldnt afford to fix anymore. They kept my down payment, took my first payment, and took the truck back with 2000 worth of repairs. I was left with nothing, not even a down payment for another vehicle. RUN! These are not very nice men.

The truck i got there was badasss! Runs great has killer v8 power, no problems at all, and affordable, the gave us no hassle whatsoever n the buying process were friendly, easy to work with and id recommend them to anyone, Ive passed out there business cards all over Statesville n recommended them to everyone

Ive been to many lots after getting my Jeep looking at SUV and no one can compare to them so Im waiting patiently until they get a SUV so I can come snatch it up...

Glad they worked with me. The car I bought broke down before the first payment was due. If they wouldnt have gotten it fixed and added the repair to the bill. I was looking at walking away from $1000,00 down payment. Still feel I paid way too much for the car but its still running strong. So maybe not too much to complain about.

Making false accusations put in writing and published is known as libel, it is a civil tort, which could result in a lawsuit. I am certain that Hillside would work with any reasonable person to resolve a dispute. I have done business here for more than 25 years and I will continue.

Very unfriendly sales person. I Ask why they were asking 9k for a 5k vehicle (that you could see the wires in the tire) and he immediately assumed I was viewing a car out of budget. Well my budget was 20k on the right car so💁🏼‍♀️ that wasnt the case. He showed me a 3k car and said look in your price range and it has new tires. Would take public transportation before purchasing vehicle from here.

Signed a contract stating if you missed 3 payments they come and pick it up. They literally picked up my car after a week of 1 missed payment.They unhooked the battery so the check engine light wouldnt come on. After we bought it, 2 hours later it came on and it had a bad catalact converter.Prices are very high, payments are also very high and they give you no options to make them cheaper.
